Dare I say it... Stef Martin just kicked a pretty amazing goal for Bris.

You can say it. It wasn't against us.

Lets hope Port thrash the bummers and ryder puts on a show.

In regards to Houli, yeah not sure why you would do that. It looked like the richmond player he was trying to kick to was out numbered anyway. Find a short target, hold onto the ball or else go the boundary.

for whats it worth heres the 2 multis for the weekend, both unlikely but gotta be in it to win it , dons over port could come unstuck although they have a good record against and match up well , pies over dogs maybe wrong among others and goldy over crows after a few big weeks for the crows is in the unlikely category.

Hawks and Hawks

GWS Cats

CROWS Goldy

TIGES Tiges

DONS Dons

NORF Norf

DOGS Dogs

DEES Dees

SWANS Paying $1050 for a 5 bet Swans paying $4361 for 5 dollar bet

One of the reasons I don't generally bet spec-multi's is because I get fixated and it tends to ruin my entire weekend rather than just the day of the Demons' game. But then I got fixated on your damn multi. Cheers for spreading too wide and granting me the evening off (and damn, that Essendon dip is looking kinda likely!) Though clearly I still enjoy the vicarious thrills on someone else's dollar.

Gawn towelled him up last week

As Martin did against us last year. But he still just kicked a pretty amazing goal. That's all.

Good thing I don't go for Port, would have blown a few valves at the umpires tonight!

James Aish is a scarily similar player to Jimmy Toumpas.

I, for one, do not see the appeal at all. I can't believe so many clubs are chasing him.

Today's games haven't been much chop. GWS were terrible. Richmond v Freo was close but marred by umpiring and poor kicking. Gold Coast were ok but no chance with their best 4 mids out. Tonights aren't anything special.

Gold Coast are still scarily high up in the chances of winning a flag. There key forward combination is only rivalled by Hawthorn and West Coast. With Tippett struggling I'd rather Lynch and Dixon.

If they get O'Meara, Prestia, Ablett, Swallow and Martin back they'll be back in contention for the 8 next year.

Essendon's supporter base must be fast giving up on them... 23,000 is the lowest crowd they have ever attracted to the MCG (by approx 3,000).

That was a pass worthy of a Melbourne player. Went behind the target, turned an almost certain goal into a goal for the opposition. I don't know that we could have done that so effectively.

Their supporters must be on the drugs as well if 23,000 of them turned up at the G instead of Etihad where it's being played... ;)

Ok, ok... you csn see I'm not particularly invested in the game... but the central fact remains the same regardless of venue.

it was a good game to watch, but the open, fast-flowing and non-defensive nature of it shows just how far both these sides are off it when compared to the defensive nature of freo, hawks, sydney and even meth coke, all of who press and push up and are ferocious in their defensive intensity.

RETURN TO NORMAL by Whispering Jack

One of my prized possessions is a framed, autographed guernsey bearing the number 31 worn by my childhood hero, Melbourne’s champion six time premiership player Ronald Dale Barassi who passed away on 16 September 2023, aged 87. The former captain who went on to a successful coaching career, mainly with other clubs, came back to the fold in his later years as a staunch Demon supporter who often sat across the way from me in the Northern Stand of the MCG cheering on the team. Barassi died the

Join us LIVE on Monday night at 8:30pm—note that this special time is just for this week due to prior commitments. We'll break down the Match SIM against North Melbourne and wrap up the preseason with insights into training and our latest recruits. I apologize for skipping our annual season review show at the end of last season. After a disapponting season filled with off-field antics and a heated trade week, I needed a break. Thankfully, the offseason has recharged me, and I’m back—ready t
