You're a bit tough on Tyson. Thought he tried pretty hard and was always trying to extract the pill.

Bang-on with Watts though. Putrid game, back to his old self. Soft and scared.

Howe- Out of form

Garlett- Go to specsavers

Really? 20 touches, 5 marks and 80% disposal efficiency isn't all that bad I would have though. Had an off day, like many, last week but was much, much better this week.

16 odd points up 2 minutes from quarter time, Jack Watts drops two absolute ponies, and bang bang, we go into quarter time with a slender 2 or 3 point lead. Sometimes he makes it really hard for us.

Chook Fowler - time will tell.

I really hope you're right but today he lost me. He really stood out as being weak physically when all his teammates were having a dip.

Bitterly disappointing.

Nonsense.

Agree. I must watch a different game to others, but I think Kent was good today, and I actually think he has been good in the first two rounds also.

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
