How long was Voss, apprenticeship and who did he do it under?

he didn't have one he was on his way to one at WCE but then Brisbane offered him the senior gig.

Seems that the Adelaide rumour is very strong especially with Fagan going there as well. Hopefully having Goodwin at Adelaide doesn't mean that Dangerfield and others are now tempted to stay!

I don't believe in curses, but my god this club... We finally find a replacement for Roos and another club surprisingly sacks their coach. And it happens to be the club our chosen coach played for.

Roos must be banging his head against a wall.

Goodwin interest might have been a diversion to get Bomber?

Goodwin has a big decision to make he is guaranteed a 5 year deal with us but might only get 3 with crows and sacking sando with 2 years left to run on his contract wouldn't fill me with confidence

Superficially it seems that Goodwin would go straight to Adelaide. But you never know how these things play out.

The opportunity to learn under a master coach like Roos is a once-in-a-career opportunity. Especially if he sees himself being a long term head coach, it could be an excellent career move to pick the Dees.

Also it could be that his family is settled here in Melbourne, and don't want to move back to Adelaide.

Obviously I'm just surmising - I have no inside info. But it is entirely within the realm of possibility that he chooses the Dees over his alma matter.

You say that like you think it's a coincidence Adelaide chose to sack their coach when Simon Goodwin is on the market.

On Twitter just now Mick Warner from HS reporting Sando and Goodwin have the same management company and that Goodwin is NOT going to the Crows.

Its going to be bomber I tells ya. So much like freo scario. Also surely clubs are wary if returning heroes after Voss and third?

    After an agonizingly long off-season the 2025 AFL Premiership Season is almost upon us and the Demons have their first practice hit out against the Kangaroos in a match simulation out at Arden Street.     Demonlander The Analyser was the sole Trackwatcher out at Casey Fields today to bring you the following observations from this mornings preseason training session. Training  was at Casey today.     Demonland Trackwatcher Gator ventured down the freeway to bring you his observations from Friday morning's Match Simulation out at Casey Fields.
