Love to see Scully knocked out in a Trengove sling-tackle.

And Sheedy to coach from the boundary line and hit by an accidental Magner hip and shoulder!

Edit- forgot about Tappy's suspension!

F' you Sheedy, you pathetic, senile attention [censored]. You are the Delta Goodram of footy. Washed up and craving the limelight!

I look forward to destroying your team on Sunday, and to Mitch Clark leaving a few bruises on Scumbag Scully!

That would be something seeing Tapscott jump the fence.....not sure he wants to add more suspensions to his name !

"The match also has long-term ramifications given GWS has promised to bid for Demons father-son candidate Jack Viney should it finish below Melbourne.

It would see the Demons giving up a top-three pick for Viney rather than a mid-20s national draft selection, adding salt to the wound opened when the Giants poached Scully."

When did this happen?

Now this really will be interesting to see how we respond on field.

Sheeds has been loading gun's all his career

Will we come in spinner?, lose the plot & become GWS's bitche's?

or

Will we make a stand, flex some muscles, grow some balls & still belt them on the scoreboard.

Will be fascinating watching this one unfold.

It's on....50,000.

I wish WYL but I reckon you'll be lucky to find 20.000 who like me would want to see it shoved up this AFL conceived McFootyclub. I'm sure AD came up with the idea for GWS when he was taking a carp?

Yeah, that's what I'd like to know...

Isn't this the epitome of draft tampering?

Sheedy jumped the shark years ago - you have to begrudgingly respect his ability to stir the pot. Him getting knocked back for head coaching position clearly still burns which is more amusing than his half assed jibes, you'd think a 4 time premiership coach wouldn't be so emotionally insecure.

He's just another GW$ellout - he used to be all about sticking up for the fans of the game, he even dubbed AD 'Vlad'. Funny how when nobody else would take him in, he bent over & became the Fat Controller's [censored].

As for the other fellow $6m over 6 years for some kid with a bung knee, who can't even play inside, forced to play as a tagger, isn't even good enough to be captain & has DE that is sub 50% - shrewd recruiting there, cobber!

I was pretty disinterested in the fabricated soulless McFootyClub, but with all the drama surrounding Scully, McDonald, Viney etc, the oldest and newest teams are creating a rivalry and I'm now very interested in seeing them fail.

Sheeds is a beauty, gotta hand it to him he knows how to spruik. Also no a bad way to legitimise a new club - create a traditional rival. That normaly takes a couple of decades he's done it in 12 months!

So far Mitch Clark is worth more than Scully and Trengove put together - and we got him for pick 12, thats a steal.

Hopefully we get some gems with the Scully compo.

Sheeds is really such a delightful little man. I love the way he's spruiking up this game to help us draw a big crowd. Hopefully, the extra $ generated by the publicity will help us spirit away a couple of their young players when they come out of contract and want to go home.

    CONSISTENCY by The Oracle

"I think we have got a team that can win a premiership, and if we get in this year, I don't think there is a team that is going to want to play us. This year is not a write-off, I don't concede that. Not at all." — Collingwood President Jeff Browne. I love this sort of optimism from the Magpie President after his club’s eleven goal defeat at the hands of the fast rising Hawks. It’s consistent with the fighting spirit of the club that won last year’s flag.  I only wish I could say the s

    FEARS by Whispering Jack

Melbourne’s worst fears about the absence of Max Gawn were realised when it received a shellacking from Fremantle’s ruckmen Sean Darcy and Luke Jackson who dominated the hit out tally in their game at Optus Stadium on Sunday by a massive 47 to 19. As a result, the 50-point deficit at the end of the game proved to be a loss that was long foreseen that was two years in the making and demonstrated a complete lack of hindsight and planning from the club. To add insult to injury, Jackson was a D

    RAIN CHECK by Whispering Jack

The Frankston Dolphins broke a run of six straight losses against their neighbours, the Casey Demons and kept their hopes for a long-awaited return to the VFL finals alive with a 27 point victory over at Kinetic Stadium. Casey was welcomed to the Peninsula by grey skies, heavy rain and angry seas with threatening white-capped waves whipped up by gale force winds. After a slow start in the opening term when they failed to take advantage of the breeze, it appeared that the Demons had decided
