Jeelong rumoured to be interested in acquiring the services of Smith who has regressed this year at the Dogs - could we get in on the act?

We have the picks, we have the Lachie Hunter, and we have the need for speed

Contracted til '24ย

No thanks. He can't kick. We have enough of those.

Besides, Geelong get what Geelong want. Wonder if Bailey wants a hobby farm.ย

more likely a hydroponic unit.

Never, thanks.ย  Doesn't have the skills to justify it.ย  One of my least favourite players in the league, would be in breach of our no [censored] head policy.

No from meย

Bailey Smith might leave the Bulldogs for the same reason as Dunkley left and went oop north to the Lions. Wasnt Smith left out of the team recently?ย  ย The Bevo factor.ย  ย Doesnt matter if he's contracted till 24.

Grundy was contracted with Pies till 27.ย  ย Geelong will offer him a lifestyle change if they havent already.

Brace for impact doggies.

I donโ€™t think coca plants grow out Geelong wayโ€ฆ

English to Meth Coke

Grundy to Foot-is-grey in swap for Smith (Footcray pay 50 percent)

Jackson, Flogmantle, to Melbourne ([censored] pays 50 percent)

Ummm... yeahhh..ย  NAHHH !!!

His marketing value far exceeds his football value, No from me.

Apparently upset because heโ€™s being played out of his preferred position. Heโ€™d have no hope in our stringent systemย

the most overrated player in the gameย

mr flashy. mr super star,ย mr ice in his veinsย

the demons checklist :

character, competitiveness, team first mentality

fails all tests

[censored] no!!

I'd only bring him into the team if Hunter and Langdon shear him

Absolutely! I suspect the weight of his mullet is also throwing out his kicking leg.

A bit of a point of difference you reckon

Would take him in an instant as long as we didn't pay the farm.

His marketing value for our club alone would be worth it. And he is a gun at top flight.

Whilst his kicking is left to be desired at times, his gut run and speed is a huge point of difference.

Big moment player and I could see him, Trac and Oliver tearing teams apart.

Would happily have him.

I canโ€™t believe the negativity on here. ย If the price is right then itโ€™s a 100% yes.ย

He can jog on down to Corio Bay.ย

Whatโ€™s the right price for a player we donโ€™t really have use for?ย
We need to concentrate on getting a forward.ย

Itโ€™s been a season of grit, growth, and glimpses of brillianceโ€”mixed with a few tough interstate lessons. Now, with finals looming, the Dees head to Kardinia Park for one last tune-up before the real stuff begins.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
