Someone will give a pick between 12 and 20 for him.

Not suggesting he'd be a straight swap  for De Koning, but the blues might be good fit for Tomo.

They need some key defenders and realistically Tomo is going to struggle to get into our back six.

The blues looked like they are tying to implement the goal keeper system we use and given Tomo has played in our defensive system, and in the gola keeper role too, he'd help the blues implement that system.

As I posted earlier. Good to see we think alike.

ah maybe, but you know what someone is worth is not always what someone will pay

De koning would be a perfect fit ... am always happy to pay overs in that scenario ... while l would also like Grundy, he is a good fit not a perfect fit due to his advanced years and likely want to play more ruck minutes ... we can then invest more of the left over trade picks and coin for LJ into a forward line issues

Every player under 25yo in the top 25 of that list would easily nett at least a first rounder.

That would be a steal. But I reckon he ends up playing with his brother . Geelong just gets things done.

they grew up as blues fans iirc

TDK back in the 2s as soon as Pittonet was fit. Dumb Carlton. Yes please.

He looks very good for sure but i would rather try to make a big splash on a King brother, Mckay etc. Someone with proven ability. Henry more a fall back option

Yeh thats fine.  But they aren't available.  Henry is.  And at half the price.  I'd Love  King a FF or a McKay,  but it's not gonna happen.

Don't think you could play all three of them without a second genuine tall/resting ruck set up. whilst henry and fritta are good overhead if you put bodywork into them they lose their explosiveness and the reason they are so dangerous as forwards is because they get matchups that favour them in terms of size/height

Oliver can Play as a second Tall.  Played FF in the games he has played for Coll and showed he can do it.  And only at 20.  190cm  is a good height and as he gets bigger he can become a beast.  He is built very different to Fritsch and will be alot bigger.  Can see him becoming a Mihocek type.

Weitering 196cm, Young 201cm and Marchbank 193cm would be their preferred kpd's. Add in McGovern at 191cm.

Ploughman 193 is their backup. Kemp 193 is the other who should get some game time.

I just can't see it personally. Tomlinson would go to the Blues and be at the same spot in the pecking order that he is with us.

Bulldogs would be the choice for him in my opinion.

Brayden Ham from the Bombers is reportedly looking at his options. With "vic rivals interested".

We have had interest previously. Wouldn't be surprised if we are asking the question again.

I would be very surprised.

He's not that good and I'd much prefer we put time into our back up wingers in Woewodin and Howes.

I agree, dazzler.  Ham is struggling to get a game with Essendon.  I don't see how he'd be of any help to us.

Hang on. You want Oliver Henry because the Kings and McKay aren't available? Nevermimd the fact he's not a KPF. What a bizarre post.

Personally think that's being overly generous - a very big NO

We showed interest in Ham before his move to Essendon didn't we? And he chose them and now can't get a game. See ya later.

… so ….. didn’t Chri$$ Judd grow up a Dees fan and CP5 a Magpie fan??

I'd say we will be pretty keen to replace Majak with ready made ruck depth.

It's Game Day on Friday night. ANZAC Eve. The big stage at the ‘G. The Demons return to the spotlight for one of our most significant nights on the football calendar, taking on the Tigers in a clash that always carries extra weight given the gravity of occasion of the commemoration of the ANZAC Spirit. Under the lights, in front of a packed house, this is where moments are made. Can the Dees rise to the occasion and deliver on the big stage, or will Richmond spoil the night? All the build-up, discussion, and in-game reactions here. Go Dees.

  • PREVIEW: Richmond

Who would have imagined, when the season kicked off early last month, that Melbourne would emerge from the opening six weeks with wins over both Queensland powerhouses? At the time, Gold Coast and Brisbane were the competition’s early pace-setters, the flavours of the month, and the prospect of the Demons toppling both within the course of a fortnight seemed remote. Yet here they are, banking those scalps alongside home victories over two traditional Victorian rivals and building a quietly impressive resume.

From the outset, the Casey Demons lacked any spring in their steps. They were out-hustled and out-bustled and finally outplayed by the Brisbane Lions by 38 points on their home turf in perfect conditions at Casey Fields.
