OMFG if nothing else, we are switched on and creating all the pressure. ❤️?

Smashin it Dees........we love zero crowds !

What's with the love fest for the Dogs by the umpires? I can never understand it.

Couldn't ask for much better than that. Dogs showing us no respect and paying the price.

And here come the umps with three softies in a row.

Yep absolute trash frees to try and even the contest

Imagine when Salem gets into the game and Weideman learns to hold a mark

Wow fantastic quarter. Expecting the dogs to come out hard in the second.

Tmac blocking?

jordon handballed it out?

Just want consistency

Wow did not expect this. Great first quarter. Now maxy just hold your marks. He has dropped a few same for weid.

Our confidence should be high. Wonderful pressure & I hope we can keep it up

Outstanding quarter and I wish I was there. Also if I was there I'd be giving it to that umpire about that TMac block call, just held his ground and Crozier jumped into him, we were off.

Max has dropped a couple also tonight

Don't know what's up with him lately. His hands were once safe as houses.

It's their home ground and it's owned by the AFL.... they need them winning and the extra $$ from the gate... oh wait..

Our defence is back!!

fwd pressure is back!!

I really hope the Weid can take a grab and kick a goal. His confidence looks shot to me.

  • POSTGAME: Collingwood

Despite effectively playing against four extra opponents, the Dees controlled much of the match. However, their inaccuracy in front of goal and inability to convert dominance in clearances and inside 50s ultimately cost them dearly, falling to a heartbreaking one-point loss on King’s Birthday.

  • CASEY: Collingwood

It was freezing cold at Mission Whitten Stadium where only the brave came out in the rain to watch a game that turned out to be as miserable as the weather.
The Casey Demons secured their third consecutive victory, earning the four premiership points and credit for defeating a highly regarded Collingwood side, but achieved little else. Apart perhaps from setting the scene for Monday’s big game at the MCG and the Ice Challenge that precedes it.
Neither team showcased significant skill in the bleak and greasy conditions, at a location that was far from either’s home territory. Even the field umpires forgot where they were and experienced a challenging evening, but no further comment is necessary.
