I thought it was a measure of how hard and strong Sydney was paying and trying to win, most you have mentioned had a couple of times when their input was needed and it measured up. I can’t recall anyone being outpaced all night, a couple might have done better but We had a win. 8 in a row I followed Melbourne in the mornings papers back then, and delivering the herald on my bike to 150 houses as well in the afternoon. that’s a bloodying long time ago ! He could play like he did on Saturday every week and wouldn't get close. Umpires are unable to award more than a paltry number of votes to players who don't start in the centre circle for most of the game. 1 1 Quote
