Seems like Port are determine to get things out of the Tiger's reach as soon as possible.

Wondering if the Tigers reintroduce the squirrel grip in their game with Port Adelaide today?

I heard Peter Filandia was a late inclusion for the Tiges.

Sack Hardwick, he's lost the players. No plan B, no plan A ,yadda yadda yadda.

Gee and they wonder why umpires get abused.

Yep - one shocking umpiring decision can turn a game around and if one game’s turned around, it can change a whole season.

It’s a very entertaining game this Port and Richmond game. Being absolutely destroyed by average umpiring, but it’s good to watch.

Brilliant first half of footy to watch. Need to see more footy like that!

What a difference the crowd makes on a contest, this Power vs Tiges game is a ripper

Dare we say it, are Port the real deal this year?

Looking forward to Jack Watts getting a medallion around his neck.

Not a bad game. For those that watched it compare it to tmrw nite for the dees v kanga blockbuster. Chalk and cheese it will be.

Not a great coaching performance by Hardwick. Took on Port at full strength with a weakened Tigers team and played head on football.

Dumb... like Goodwin. His tactics against the Dogs were much better.

If Port had kicked straight it would have been a ten goal loss.

Loved seeing Hardwicks meltdown after the 100 metre penalty.

But loved even more seeing and hearing that awesome crowd and seeing tens of thousands of human beings out socializing and enjoying themselves ...  god i hope we get our [censored] sorted out in Victoria really soon.

Or the Hopeate insertion

Maybe our game against Port was not too bad after all.

Must admit , have seen some rippers in the last week. Freeo v C'wood, RV Port , Saints vs GC, WC vs someone else . All been good !!!

M v A top of the tree.

  • REPORT: Hawthorn

The final score in Saturday's game against Hawthorn was almost identical to that from their last contest three months ago. Melbourne suffered comprehensive defeats in both games, but the similarities ended there. When they met in Round 9, the Demons were resurgent, seeking to redeem themselves after a lacklustre start to the season. They approached the game with vigour and dynamism, and were highly competitive for the first three quarters, during which they were at least on par with the Hawks. In the final term, they lapsed into error and were ultimately overrun, but the final result did not accurately reflect their effort and commitment throughout the match.

  • CASEY: Box Hill

The Casey Demons ended the regular season on a positive note and gained substantial momentum leading into the finals when they knocked the Box Hill Hawks off the top of the VFL ladder in their final round clash at Casey Fields. More importantly, they moved out of a wild card position in the finals race and secured a week's rest as they leapfrogged up the ladder into fifth place with their decisive 23-point victory over the team that had been the dominant force in the competition for most of the season.
