was about to make a thread on this

Interested in T.Smith

I thought that was only me with that approach to players

Craft session today, so lots of skills

Tim Smith trained as he always does

Only one rehabbing today was Hulett, no sign of waliking wounded

Hibberd did full session so did JKH, King

No group cuddle around Smith, then.

You'd reckon they would spring it on him like they did with Hannan and J Smith in a one on one meeting with a camera on him for the website.

Watch this space, I reckon he's in.

Hibberd did the whole session including bag work spiking and marking, including a spike aimed at me which I got a nice photo of, which I'll post later, afternoon off, so administrative tasks, sigh

Hibberd walk on to our team hopefully for the game against Freo next weekend, we can use the extra medium back that can play both tall and small

I think Misson said Hibberd will resume via the VFL next weekend.

I think you will find that Saty meant that a group hug wasnt Goodwins style.

Obviously he doesnt have a problem with a solo hug though lol

I think that is a brilliant photo and says a lot about Goody and the relationship he has established with the players

He also keeps the announcement in house the way it should be

Given that there are no VFL matches this weekend, hard to know whether he would have been ready this weekend or not.

Tell ya what I reckon if goody pulled on the boots even now he'd be in our bests pretty consistently

The VFL is actually starting this weekend with a split round to open proceedings. Casey has Seniors and Development League involved in practice matches against Werribee at Casey Fields but other commitments mean I won't be able to attend this week.

Still looks ripped. I know he still works out with the boys during weights sessions so no surprise he looks in good nick.

Watched him kick the ball 50 meters head high bullet pass off one step at training a few weeks back. He could sit in our back pocket and handle our kick outs haha

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. Windsor's run won't be lost playing off half back. In 19 games in 2024 he kicked 8 goals as a winger. I see him getting shots at g

Demonland's own Whispering Jack was not in attendance but he kicked off proceedings with the following summary of all the Preseason Training action to date. We’re already a month into the MFC preseason (if you started counting when the younger players in the group began the campaign along with some of the more keen older heads)

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
