Im not saying the umps cost us today as technically the high tackes in 3rd qrt were there but hawks certainly ducked a lot and it changed the momentum when  we were winning.

I'd love to know why, in the first quarter a free kick wasn't given to Hogan because he "ducked", yet every time a Dork players has done it, it's free kick time. FMD

Run out of puff after half way through the 3rd. Why do we play games in the NT? Never win and look dead the week after. Surely as a footy club we've evolved beyond that.

We would've won if Kent, Harmes and Garlett did their jobs and kicked goals.

Bit harsh. We were on top for 3 quarters with some lapses in each quarter. You could see their experience taking hold.

Do you honestly believe that [censored]. I was up for the NT game. The weather was sunny and 24 degrees. FFS they are professional footballers. Bit different if it was Darwin. What about teh interstate teams that travel every 2nd week?

I hope I'm not alone in thinking this, and I know you're a troll, but you are the worst poster on this board.

If losing to Hawthorn again wasn't tough enough, Carlton will be above us on the ladder tonight .

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
