Saints wont beat Essendon or Carlton. They are pathetic. I reckon Manangatang 3rds would beat them. This is going to blow out 40 points at a minimum.

If Harmes could kick those he would be a monster. 4 misses.

Nope. Extremely confident. The saints look like the local 3rds on a bad day. We haven't quite worked out how to kill a team but will learn today.  Also into the second red with a few mates. Not Rose coloured glasses, more your Pinot coloured.

Nothing to do with being a Garland 'hater'.

But I gotta ask the posters who continually defend him.

What the fark is he offering us apart from turnovers and half-arsed intensity around the ball?

Anyone?

And it's the same call as last year prior to them stitching us up.

this is good, soon we may see players playing 'head to head', against one another.  imagine that?

Harmes looks like he belongs now.

Kent ... just knows where to go and what to do.

Watts looks like he is running the show for our team today.

And still our "big names" are quiet and we are winning.

He's missed a few targets, but still hasn't been beaten one on one.

Plenty of others have turned it over today too, but you've probably missed those.

if it turns into a slow contested ball game it palys into our hands

We should be way further up.

Points don't win matches. If we lose this goal kicking practice will be order of the day.

Also Harmes should not kick for goal.

garland is so weak in the contest.

He is just so lackadaisical. He has shown through his career that he is not one to bring a high intensity to his game. We know he is a introverted personality off the field, but he needs to get way more outgoing on the field. Some of his kicks and contests have been very poor.

He's starting to make Watts look like Jack Viney.

RETURN TO NORMAL by Whispering Jack

One of my prized possessions is a framed, autographed guernsey bearing the number 31 worn by my childhood hero, Melbourne’s champion six time premiership player Ronald Dale Barassi who passed away on 16 September 2023, aged 87. The former captain who went on to a successful coaching career, mainly with other clubs, came back to the fold in his later years as a staunch Demon supporter who often sat across the way from me in the Northern Stand of the MCG cheering on the team. We'll break down the Match SIM against North Melbourne and wrap up the preseason with insights into training and our latest recruits. I apologize for skipping our annual season review show at the end of last season. After a disapponting season filled with off-field antics and a heated trade week, I needed a break. Thankfully, the offseason has recharged me, and I’m back—ready t
