Wow did you hear Gerard Healy make excuses for the saints. Not their best team? Riewoldt injured...late? Only play two nab challenge games? Give me a break....

Didn't they say at the start of the game the saints had a strong team in?

good to be able to change your mind after the result is evident.

yeah what a [censored]

what about Dunstall suggesting we 'bench' Paul Roos and have Goodwin take over because we won our preseason games. Yeah great call mate just change the whole program on a whim. Idiot.

Can G Healy get over his dislike for Melbourne just once... ffs!

It is hard not to get excited.....   we really do appear to have turned the corner.

But the real stuff hasnt started yet...

Happy. Harmes moves well and is tough, skills will improve. Frost & O'Mac a decent run.

Clay Oliver looks to have all bases covered. Wins it back for us in a scrap like an All Black.

Staggering, does he really think we are going to change our ball movement because Roosy is back up in the box?

Something tells me Dunstall doesn't like us very much.

If it's not Hawthorn, he knows SFA.

It was dumb & dumber & dumberer in the commentary box today, FMD. They made Kingy's comments all the more expert.

At least we are kicking goals now,100+ points in a game was unheard of a few years ago .

They really had me fooled when I picked them with great confidence to beat the Bombers at Gather Round last week. I should have recognised that nothing is more quintessentially Melbourne than defeating the undefeated early premiership favourite one week and losing to a winless cellar dweller on its way to establishing a record losing streak the next.
