Sad to think that getting off on an obscure point of law would ease the stigma with some people.  But it would go further and be used to prove them innocent and hapless victims.

So agree!  

On another old tired point but relevent here. We were found not guilty of tanking.  Just as well hey....as the stigma from that could have gone for decades. Somehow I think if they get off ( they wont) on some wierd technicality the "not guilty" will be splashed across our papers into our heads as the TRUTH. 

Helps if you're a big club doesn't it.

Agree. theres a few super important points about this. Ive heard that when they passed their urine samples illegally through the wall to avoid detection there weren't actually Russians on the other side. Yes they were paid for by the Russians but they werent actually Russians. Therefore to say "Russia cheated" is just an hysterical lie put out by an incompetent drug organisation in WADA.... and that means that the  athletes are all innocent!  Robbo will write the story for the sun tomorrow ( not) Terrible that that great nation has been besmirched in this fashion. cough cough. I think we should do all we can to make sure they win plenty of gold as soon as possible.
