Do you doubt Clark will not play much this year?

Im not trying to horn in on old arguments but its not looking good.

Do I 'doubt that Clark will not play much this year?'

I don't doubt that I don't know, and that no-one will know until he does or does not play much this year.

Hope that's clear.

Don't mind one, last of the sizeable breweries that is still aussie owned.

More power to them I saw

I hadn't realised that OD (but a quick Google proves you right)... I like James Squire beers but wasn't aware that they had been acquired by Lion Nathan who are in turn owned by Kirin.

Good news, I have it on the best authority from someone who absolutely knows, that Mitch's foot is still attached to his ankle.

...but is the ankle attached to the rest of him??

And that topic is... Mitch Clark and the spin released from the MFC about how he is fine but his niggles may mean he will miss a few matches. At the start of the year....

I just cant swallow any more BS. Im at saturation point. I have no belief this pre-season is any different to the last 5,6,7. Everyone all firing, club so happy. We're all meant to believe it.

I dont. Im not looking for an argument. Im not a true believer any more. Sick of bad pre-seasons and players that are forever 4-6. Maybe I should change my moniker to Hanrahan.

Don't feel alone Franky there are another 11999 who have left the fold over the last two years.

Actions will fix your melody, be prepared for some small but significant gains in 2014.

However 2015 is probably your year.

I don't see why anyone isn't capable of just being a human blessed with the ability for rational thought.

Don't need to be a doomsayer expecting the worst...

Don't need to be a true believer gobbling up spin...

Just accept Mitch Clark is coming back after a long time out of footy, as such needs to build up his match fitness, and will be succeptible to hamstring issues as a result of his previous foot issues, and as such his loads will be carefully managed, and reduced if deemed necessary.

Not a great stretch to accept that.

Ok so maybe he wont play round 1

So what?

I reckon he will play a couple of games for Casey to ease back in to things, and will be in the MFC lineup about round 6

Cant wait

Clark was going brilliantly pre Christmas. He was in everything and there seemed to be no restraints placed on him by the coaching/medical staff and he was certainly training with full intent.

The slight hamstring issue has been going on for 4 weeks now but the club is still playing the 'carefully managed' line.

Thinking rationally of course, I just don't think he's going to string too many together this year. I hope I'm proven wrong.

GAMEDAY: Rd 10 vs West Coast

It's Game Day and the Demons have returned to the site of their drought breaking Premiership to take on the West Coast Eagles in what could very well be a danger game for Narrm at Optus Stadium. A win and a percentage boost will keep the Dees in top four contention whilst a loss will cast doubt on the Dees flag credentials and bring them back to the pack fighting for a spot in the 8 as we fast approach the halfway point of the season.

    WARNING by William from Waalitj

As a long term resident of Waalitj Marawar, I am moved to warn my fellow Narrm fans that a  danger game awaits. The locals are no longer the easybeats who stumbled, fumbled and bumbled their way to the good fortune of gathering the number one draft pick and a generational player in Harley Reid last year. They are definitely better than they were then.   Young Harley has already proven his worth with some stellar performances for a first year kid playing among men. He’s taken hangers, k

OVER YET? by KC from Casey

The Friday evening rush hour clash of two of the VFL’s 2024 minnows, Carlton and the Casey Demons was excruciatingly painful to watch, even if it was for the most part a close encounter. I suppose that since the game had to produce a result (a tie would have done the game some justice), the four points that went to Casey with the win, were fully justified because they went to the best team. In that respect, my opinion is based on the fact that the Blues were a lopsided combination that had

    CENTIMETRES by Whispering Jack

Our game is one where the result is often decided by centimetres; the touch of a fingernail, a split-second decision made by a player or official, the angle of vision or the random movement of an oblong ball in flight or in its bounce and trajectory. There is one habit that Melbourne seems to have developed of late in its games against Carlton which is that the Demons keep finding themselves on the wrong end of the stick in terms of the fine line in close games at times when centimetres mak
