Wonder if we could approach Wines when his contract is up? Not sure when that is though.

Explain to him that the MFC were a rabble when we should have drafted him and give him the opportunity to be coached by Roos and play with his best mate Viney.

Might work especially if PJ, Roos and Viney gets in his ear

Toumpas has shown in the last few games that he is on the way and another pre-season under Roos will see him doing better and better. It's way to early to say that Wines is better than Toumpas... let's see how they are looking after they have each played 50 games.

As disappointing as it is to see how much of a gamebreaker Ollie Wines has already become, I am loving seeing Port tearing apart the pies in the last quarter. Perfect start to the finals so far.

Ollie Wines was excellent tonight. I know there's been lots said about last year's draft and sure The Toump may turn out to be a fine player, but it sure makes me sad seeing just what we missed out on.

This isn't a zero sum game. Ollie was great tonight, but Toumpas has attributes that Wines will never develop. Just enjoy them both, because each of them will turn out to be excellent players.

Thats not the point at all. He we have a kid , ready made, playing finals and taking by the scruff of its neck,,,coz he CAN

we got a kid struggling.. Yeah yeah many will sugar coat it but Dimitri was supposed to be a ready made, played agaisnt emn etc etc etc...blah blah blah

thing is ..we picked the wrong one.

its about who was a better choice, who may have added more to OUR pie.
