Taking Meth Coke to a flag or The Melbourne Football Club to number 13 at the MCG, our home.

Can you imagine the energy and the vibe as the cup is lifted.

The MFC is the challenge within our game.

A Meth Coke flag is just another one....

not having a go at you specifically, but I have read so many comments like this from various posters.. how the F can somebody make statements like this as if they are a member of Roos' immediate family.. or some sort of wizard that can read minds through a television set

about the same as people saying its a done deal.

Hardtack..... No man can have TWO masters !

Nonsense - in my case, the first Mrs Nutbean and the second Mrs Nutbean

He has not said "I do not want to coach the MFC next year."

Once he says that we can all start to build the bridge. Until then, the charade continues.

My take is that at worst, Roos is seriously considering the proposition or he would have put this to the torch " I will not be coaching the MFC".

he also gets an arseload more cash to throw around the football department, and a sold out home crowd advantage every 2nd week

WCE = the haves, MFC = the havenots

Spot on C & B

The playing field is far from level with a large tilt towards the west!

Indeed it is. Roos is 95% on board, to point of canvassing possible assistants.

Wife loves Sydney and doesn't want to move.

Money talks. Will happen.

Not only this, if he was seriously not interested, he'd be making himself look a like a DH for playing the club along for such a time.

I maintain that Jackson knows exactly what the obstacles are of which Roos says need to change he's working feverishly to remove them.

On the contrary, if they move to Melbourne, she might prefer to shop in London or New York.

http://www.theaustralian.com.au/sport/afl/big-spending-afl-clubs-the-big-winners/story-fnca0u4y-1226360649454

For the second year in a row, the Magpies spent the most on their football department by outlaying $19.1 million, followed by the Eagles ($18.6m), Essendon ($18.6m), Geelong ($18.4m) and Carlton ($18.2m).

For the second year running, traditional low-spending clubs North Melbourne and the Western Bulldogs paid the least in football department expenditure, even less than start-up club the Gold Coast, which outlaid $15.3m compared with North's $15.1m and the Dogs' $14.7m.

We are not mentioned specifically but obviously we would be somewhere around $15.5m compared to the Eagles $18.6m

So there's your answer.. 3 million bucks = an arseload

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
