Bayley Fritsch has turned into one of the worst footballers I've seen pull on a jumper in a long long time.

Yet goody won't drop him

This Neeld era bs

it really does feel like that doesn't it

messy, sloppy, poor skills, zero pressure defensively

how we have fallen so far from this time last year is just galling

Another Goodwin masterclass.

no clues

I look forward to the 10 minute spell where we play well and give us hope only to lose by 10 goals

Ahhh Gary.

We have been "See what happens" going forward since Goodwin took over.

Ive coached elite sport for many years, if my group of athletes fronted up to any comp with this level of skill I would have been sacked real quick. I cannot fathom how we can be this poor.

I want Goodwin to go as well, but he can't stop Petracca from hand balling to no one or fumbling a ball at his toes under no pressure.
And that's Petracca, our best player. All down the list we've gone backwards at warp speed.

A strong whiff of West Coast's post-flag trajectory about us now.

So we have 3 talls now plus Gawn

[censored] me

For the feint of heart time to stop watching. this is a 70 plus point loss coming up folks.

Why is our pressure factor always so low, and always lower than our oppo??

Sounds a lot like Garry is on the 'Sack Goody' train now

Look at the body language

Trac and even Gawn look defeated

Haven’t ever seen this before. You just know we have zero chance of winning

Belief has left the building

Even the commentators sound bored. The intensity and skill level is so bland. I'm bored it is so bad.

I'm not sure what's happened. I thought the days of playing badly like this were over.

This is bruise free footy

wtf are they doing in the coaches box? Are we just rocking back and forth repeating “it’ll come good stick to the process”?

We’ll be lucky to have 40,000 members next year if Goodwin and this playing style is persisted with.

  • CASEY: Essendon

Casey’s unbeaten run was extended for at least another fortnight after the Demons overran a persistent Essendon line up by 29 points at ETU Stadium in Port Melbourne last night. After conceding the first goal of the evening, Casey went on a scoring spree from about ten minutes in, with five unanswered majors with its fleet of midsized runners headed by the much improved Paddy Cross who kicked two in quick succession and livewire Ricky Mentha who also kicked an early goal. Leading the charge was recruit of the year, Riley Bonner while Bailey Laurie continued his impressive vein of form. With Tom Campbell missing from the lineup, Will Verrall stepped up to the plate demonstrating his improvement under the veteran ruckman’s tutelage. The Demons were looking comfortable for much of the second quarter and held a 25-point lead until the Bombers struck back with two goals in the shadows of half time. On the other side of the main break their revival continued with first three goals of the half. Harry Sharp, who had been quiet scrambled in the Demons’ first score of the third term to bring the margin back to a single point at the 17 minute mark and the game became an arm-wrestle for the remainder of the quarter and into the final moments of the last.
