Lol double handed throw off the ground... ignored

Our ball handling is so bad. What’s Chocco doing with them

Not sure about Kolt.

For a 19 y.o. playing his 9th/10th game, I reckon he could be doing WAAAAYYYYY worse

Good lord Viney..

Looks cooked and we sign him to a new 3 year deal.

What ever they are doing they are still trying.  [censored] run with the free kicks but still going for it

I’m usually a bit of an optimist, but no, they have not been trying at all. They have been lazy, giving them acres of room, applying little to no pressure, constantly being caught flat footed, fumbling the ball, etc etc etc.

Let's get one thing straight moving forward.

Judd McVee is NOT a midfielder at all. Getting spanked and exposed big time in there.

Tried the experiment, that's a wrap.

Do you remember last week Dazzle?

6 goals to 7 since quarter time.
not all gloom

You wonder if Lever isn't the only one with illness with this kind of performance.

Small sample size,  but McVee not working in the midfield.

Only been a few weeks, but seems he needs the game in front of him and struggles with congestion around. Also appears he doesn't have great top speed and so rushes and shank kicks bursting forward. When down back he has side step from whats coming front on and kicks after a few steps, not on the run. Appears better suited to half back based on this.

Not every good small defender or forward needs to be made into a midfielder.

Can't wait for another season of this exceptional ball use in 2025.

Same as.Petty not being a forward, just stop

McVey off interchange straight to rooms.
Anyone see anything?

I reckon Chocco's times up at the club.

Skills are non existent.

We have gotten very sloppy as a football club.

2025 is definitely make or break for Woey.

Not sure what his strengths are.

I'm really hoping he is a late bloomer like his old man. Shane was drafted as a mature age player when he was 21 in 97.

He’s nowhere near strong enough. He’s so good at HB I just don’t understand the need to play him in the middle at this stage.

It’s the kids 3rd game playing through the midfield.

Sheeeesh

Kolt can’t pick up a ground ball and Woey just doesn’t have required AFL features.

Sad to see ANB have such a bad final game.

  • REPORT: North Melbourne

I suppose that I should apologise for the title of this piece, but the temptation to go with it was far too great. The memory of how North Melbourne tore Melbourne apart at the seams earlier in the season and the way in which it set the scene for the club’s demise so early in the piece has been weighing heavily upon all of us. This game was a must-win from the club’s perspective, and the team’s response was overwhelming. The 36 point win over Alastair Clarkson’s Kangaroos at the MCG on Sunday was indeed — roovenge of the highest order!

  • CASEY: Werribee

The Casey Demons remain in contention for a VFL finals berth following a comprehensive 76-point victory over the Werribee Tigers at Whitten Oval last night. The caveat to the performance is that the once mighty Tigers have been raided of many key players and are now a shadow of the premiership-winning team from last season. The team suffered a blow before the game when veteran Tom McDonald was withdrawn for senior duty to cover for Steven May who is ill.  However, after conceding the first goal of the game, Casey was dominant from ten minutes in until the very end and despite some early errors and inaccuracy, they managed to warm to the task of dismantling the Tigers with precision, particularly after half time when the nominally home side provided them with minimal resistance.
