Bit weird watch Weid play well and then a GWS forward line with Bedford and Hogan in it.

That's one glaring problem right there that's so easy to fix. Mark gets spoilt and punched forward to waiting opposition. So predictable

It become so predictable by the 2nd quarter that now opposition teams just swam in numbers to the contest that'd been kicked to and just put number us.

Port did a number on this on our kick outs.

Listening to Nathan Buckley comment on how well Collingwood are playing is odd.

Whats changed since they finished 17th Bucks - seeings it’s 90% the same list? Oh, you got sacked.

Has all the skills, my problem was his intensity, goes to show a regular game and structure in the forward line helps, I wonder where we could do that?

Can’t help but feel we dropped the ball with Weed. We have TMac BBB and Schache doing very little when the Weed in the forward line with JVR who provides the intensity could have worked well.

St Kilda showcasing the Belgian national colours.

The Saints actually switched to those colours during WWI as the German colours were red, black and white.

Saints win the award for the best indigenous jumper in my opinion

bizarre that not many have used yellow. especially essendon who have the other two colours on the flag

And who's fault is that we have a ruckman as a forward coach, should have changed it last year, kids like JVR and co need to learn forward craft at this level.

The best batting coach I had was a world class bowler. One of the greatest swimming coaches of all time - couldn't swim. It is beyond dispute that there is little correlation between a coach's competence and their capabilities as a athlete.

West Coast are putrid. Melbourne 2012-2014 level putrid.

I reckon WC are setting new levels in this space BDA, not doing an AFL pre season type levels.

How can the highest profiting club in the country not have a world class fitness and conditioning crew.

The amount of injuries they have is unforgivable, it seems as though they have carried over the old can't train because of covid 19 excuse.

Do they have a medical department?

It's the biggest tank going around on wheels and know one in the media in either WA or VIC have dug up a thing.

This is as systematic as it gets and Adam Simpson isn't even under pressure because the board have backed him to tank the lights out in 2022 and 2023.

They were dead set turnstiles today.

he got every chance in 2022. If he had come on we might have had a different outcome.

Good luck to him at the Bombers but his time with us was up.

Jesse Hogan on the other hand...

Wait and see how he goes when Wright  and Jones return. He is playing with more run and leading I admit but for how long.

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan.
