North gave it their all, but we still never really looked in doubt. Take the 4 and move on to the next.

Go Narrm!

We scored more than 90 and conceded less than 60

Our percentage went up.

We played without our best team.

We are a game and percentage on top.

We are clearly the best team in the comp for a whole game.

Got the points took to the final quarter but a good margin in the end.

The injuries hurt.

Move onto Freo next week & need to play better

2%

We should have spanked them.

Thats a win for North.

inaccurate as always, we are primed for a finals upset.

Along with the Eagles, North concede the most amount of points and inside 50s against yet we looked to be going uphill for 75% of the game

Credit to North they made it hard for us but our greater quality told in the end

Beast mode from Clarry. May was good and I liked Spargo’s contributions

Big game next weekend. We’ll have to play better but we know we lift for the bigger games

10-0 and 17 on the spin

Go Dees

Almost the best game of Oliver's career. He destroyed it against Adelaide in R10 2021 but we lost, so it takes a tick of the shine off, but today he was brilliant in everything he did, and also played just a fantastic team game.

The next 5 weeks/4 games are so big.

Same as last year then....oh, wait.

Reckon the Roos have shown the rest of the comp how to play us (although dirtily).

Inflicting injuries is our Achilles heel, who would’ve thought 😞

Dunstan is a terrible player and shouldn't be in the team, ever again.

Max was being interviewed by moons & just had steam coming off him. Funny stuff.

Would have been nice for Foxtel to show us walking off the ground.

Did BBB get carried off?

Fair play to North, they did all they could. Were aggressive and pressured hard. Good for us to have these tests rather than a training run

They dragged us down to their level for the first 3 quarters, but we were magnificent in the last!  Seventeen on the trot!!

Ugly first half but the cream rose to the top from half way through the third.

There's a few boys not at their sparkling best and a couple of the ins although very handy & grateful for their input, are still a fair way off the level of JV & Harmesy.

Hope Plugga's foot is ok.  Easily our best forward tonight.

Clarry crazy good....again!

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
