Congratulations for the 100th game on Monday.

You have worked hard to improve yourself and your game every year from debut in 2016.  In every way you do yourself and the red and blue proud.

Would love it to be at the 'G'.  One of the sad parts of this season has been to not be able to watch your talents live.

Hoping the team brings the win home for you.

Didn’t realise we were playing again on Monday! Well done Trac, possibly the most improved player in the competition this season. Lift your mates.

Congratulations  Christian

Love the way you have been going about the year. You have been building to the 100th  game and playing the best footy of your career.

Your next 100 will be even better.  I thank the Lord that you play for our great club.

Huge year for the trac built on an immense pre season. Kudos to the real X factor we have in this team.

Gone to the next level this year. Well done young man.

P.S. Honourable mention to St Kilda

Despite our 7-7 record, still in line for a top 5 Brownlow finish and an AA jumper.

Has taken his game to another level this year, which very few other MFC players have done.

There is a continued expectation on him to lead us. It's important we all remember he's only just now reaching his 100th game and is only 24 years old.

So many comparisons get drawn between him and Dustin Martin. IIRC, Martin's entrance to the AFL's elite was 2016 (first time he won RIchmond's B&F and made the AA team). That was his 7th season. Petracca's currently in his 6th season, one of which he missed entirely through injury.

If the club is coached properly, it could be incredible!

I’ve spent many a match at the G telling my family and friends that ‘one day’ Pettacca will break games open and with consistency.
Oh to have been there this year to see it in person.

Congratulations Christian, you always liked to mingle with the fans on Family Days, something we appreciated.

After you win the Brownlow, I guess those days will come to an end! We will have to queue. ?

Well done to Trac, he’s been a definite bright spot this year in amongst inconsistency from many teammates.

He can get better, which is scary for the competition. Really hope he celebrates with a win.

Hopefully a Normie or two in there

Well done Christian. Probably the only player on the list to have improved from last year, which is a testament to the work he has done. My only hope is that he remains in red and blue once his contract ends in 2022. He will be a restricted free agent then, and I can see him seeking team glory elsewhere.

Congratulations on 100 games Christian Petracca!

You are having a wonderful year and I feel you can only get better if you keep up the hard work! The sky is the limit for you!

I hope you get to wear a few premiership medallions around your neck for the Demons and I look forward to you playing another 200+ games for the club.

Has done it the hard way after tearing that ACL in his first preseason and it's obvious it has taken real commitment to reach the level he's now at.  As others have mentioned, it's scary when you think he probably still has another level to go to.

His best this season has been pretty bloody good, but I do feel like the side in general, he does need to work a bit on consistency, which is hopefully both him and the side will develop over the next 25 - 50 games (I can't help but think that his personal consistency and that of the teams are interdependent).

Asides from his obvious on feild talent, Christian has always given the impression that he'd be a rippa of a bloke to have around the club.  Congratulations Christian - look forward game 100, 200 in the red & blue and beyond and hopefully a few premierships along the way.

Despite the club’s failings, it’s pretty bloody nice to have a team with three genuine stars of the comp. Of those three (Gawn, Clarry and Trac for those playing at home), this is the guy that has the most superstar potential. Another couple of years of this level and we will have a Dusty /Danger/Fyfe level player in our midst. Been a long time between drinks since we’ve had that.

Congrats to the big guy. Please stick around for the next 100.

Congratulations Trac. Your journey has been a rude snd inspiration to all sportsman.

We supporters dare to dream what night happen to our Club in the next 100 games and look forward to the results.

Also your wonderful spirit and attitude are a great example fir all our players to emulate.

A win tomorrow would be a great reward  for all your efforts.

Nothing on the club website yet.  Anyone seen a tweet or fb post?  Hope they don't forget!

Its a shame border closures prevent this little guy from Tassie being their to watch the 100th as he was for Christian's 1st.

Hadn't played a game yet had time and care to share his opportunity with a great kid.  No accolades sought.  It was Lucas' dad that let the media know about Christian's befriending of his son.

It’s a pity it is happening in front of almost no one and in a game that’s means nothing in the scheme of things. Has turned into a very good  player, IMO one of only 4 very good players we have.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.

  • CASEY: Williamstown

The Casey Demons issued a strong statement to the remaining teams in the VFL race with a thumping 76-point victory in their Elimination Final against Williamstown. This was the sixth consecutive win for the Demons, who stormed into the finals from a long way back with scalps including two of the teams still in flag contention. Senior Coach Taylor Whitford would have been delighted with the manner in which his team opened its finals campaign with high impact after securing the lead early in the game when Jai Culley delivered a precise pass to a lead from Noah Yze, who scored his first of seven straight goals for the day. Yze kicked his second on the quarter time siren, by which time the Demons were already in control. The youngster repeated the dose in the second term as the Seagulls were reduced to mere

Narrm time isn’t a standard concept—it’s the time within the traditional lands of Narrm, the Woiwurrung name for Melbourne. Indigenous Round runs for rounds 3 and 4 and is a powerful platform to recognise the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in sport, community, and Australian culture. This week, suburban footy returns to the infamous Victoria Park as the mighty Narrm take on the Collingwood Magpies at 1:05pm Narrm time, Sunday 31 August. Come along if you can.
