Great work Jones game over They've got their tails up now

This is Port Adelaide all over just playing a bottom four team instead of a top four team. Absolutely disgusting

Two absolutely soul crushing clangers from Jones, again

Dude. Really?

edit: I mean I know he’s sucking but “muppet” is a bit rough.

Un[censored]believable

Spot on.

That Jones play is absolute arrogance at a time when we just need to do the basics right.

A disgraceful piece of play from someone who should know better.

Shame on the playing group for having pea hearts, it’s only [censored] finals on the line (again think it’s just gonna happen).

Shame on the coaches for allowing such a mentality.

Hard to watch. Its like we ran a 10k run before the bounce. We are spent

Sydney coming off the same break. No excuse. None.

Ditto. I love the bloke but that’s inexcusable in the context of the game.

Totally predictable so far. Got shouted down for pointing out the Saints win was no panacea. Evidently we need another 3-4 years of Goody  because that what Hardwick and Thommo got. This is the Dogs all over again.

No idea how he misses Gawn in that situation.  Just terrible.

I wasn't surprised. Been doing that all his career and yet we still managed to gift him 80 games.

Why do people on here think jones deserves 300. He is terrible

Pathetic

Another game where goals are at an absolute premium and we burn silver platter chances.

Just now, leave it to deever said:

Next goal is critical.

If not for Clarry, Gus and May crikey

Been like this for two years

  • PREVIEW: West Coast

It was bad enough that the Melbourne Football Club created yet another humiliating scenario inside its wretched season at Marvel Stadium last Sunday, but the final insult is that it has been commanded to return to the scene of the crime to inflict further punishment on its fans this week. Incidentally, if this match preview, of a game that promises to be one of the most unattractive fixtures in the history of the game, happens to cut out of your computer screen three quarters of the way through, it’s no coincidence. I’ll be mirroring the Demons’ lacklustre effort against St Kilda from last Sunday when they conceded the largest last quarter turnaround for victory in the history of the game.

  • REPORT: St. Kilda

When looking back at the disastrous end to the game, I find it a waste of time to concentrate on the final few moments when utter confusion reigned. Forget the 6-6-6 mess, the failure to mark the most dangerous man on the field, the inability to seal the game when opportunities presented themselves to Clayton Oliver, Harry Petty and Charlie Spargo, the vision of match winning players of recent weeks in Kozzy Pickett and Jake Melksham spending helpless minutes on the interchange bench and the powerlessness of seizing the opportunity to slow the tempo of the game down in those final moments.
