Demonstone 23,570 Posted September 13, 2018 Posted September 13, 2018 This time last week, I was shifting bricks but strangely feel almost relaxed about this one (until they bounce the ball, that is). 1 Quote

Gator 18,053 Posted September 13, 2018 Posted September 13, 2018 (edited) Big out at Hawthorn. Don't know more, but reported by McClure on SEN. Edited September 13, 2018 by ProDee 1 Quote

They didn't finish top 4 without reason. I'm nervous about this build up. The gloating Hawks supporters will be unbearable if we lose this. Yeah I am worried too. Most times teams who finish top 4 win at least one final. As much as I hate Hawthorn they are a proud club. Battle of our lives tomorrow night. Cannot believe the odds. 50/50 I would have thought 1 Quote

jnrmac 20,375 Posted September 13, 2018 Posted September 13, 2018 Stratton OMearra and Ceglar out. Shoey Duryea Mirra in.... Quote
Redleg 42,156 Posted September 13, 2018 Posted September 13, 2018 (edited) I actually think Stratton is a bigger loss for them. He controls their backline. But no Jaeger is a big plus for us. The boys need to know that wounded animals fight back hard and remember the weak Pies side that kept us out of the finals last year. They still need to bring their best game to win this. Gator 18,053 Posted September 13, 2018 Posted September 13, 2018 This is a game we should win even if O'Meara was playing. For me it's telling that none of their 3 "ins" would get a game in our 22. 8 Quote

whatwhat say what 23,854 Posted September 13, 2018 Posted September 13, 2018 that's some big outs for them - their #1 defender and their #2 mid 2 Quote
Lord Travis 10,819 Posted September 13, 2018 Posted September 13, 2018 Stratton and O'Meara out helps us a lot. Stratton is their backline general and a decent defender, his absence will help us a lot. I'm glad to see no change. Back in the players and structure that are winning! Quote
Red But Mostly Blue 4,632 Posted September 13, 2018 Posted September 13, 2018 No change, BOOM! Let's get it done, boys. I already thought we'll come away with a win here, but the extra out for the Hawks helps to solidify that belief. We'll take this by 4 goals and storm into the prelim, where we'll give it to the Eagles, again. 1 Quote
Mazer Rackham 14,972 Posted September 13, 2018 Posted September 13, 2018 We will do them by 6 goals or more. After half time they will not be able to keep up with us. 1 Quote
