Carlton is actually alright.  A lot of upside imo and I think they're well coached.

I hate Norf much more than Caaaaaaarlton.

This North vs Carlton game has been a lot like our game against North last week. NM get out to a big lead which is wheeled in and then ultimately pushed back out again in the 4th quarter.

Not a bad win and they still have quite a few to come back

WC played  a great style of game against them by closing down the forward half and then counterattacking.

GWS' game reminded me of the Lions at their best when they would deliberately play for stoppages and out of bounds.

If you think about it for a moment it is a great tactic for halving the zone and if you have better stoppage players it is a real percentage play.

GWS list depth is as unbelievable as suspected.  Their injury list is brutal and they just keep winning.

Yep GWS will get there players back closer to finals it's hard not to see them win it, and they have deledio who hasn't played a game yet he could be the cream once finals come not that they need it, if GWS win a flag might be easier to pry some players out of there

Spot on... the sooner they win a flag the better it will be for the other teams in the sense that GWS will be well and truly raided. My only concern is that they will receive high draft picks in return for the leaving players and the dominance will continue for a few more years. The are like the mythical hydra.... cut off a head and another two grow back !!

The way to beat GWS is to squeeze the life out of the game .... (the ultra flood etc) if you let them run free they will cut any side to pieces. WC nearly succeeded last night.

    A number of Demonland Trackwatchers swooped on Gosch's Paddock to bring you their observations from this morning's Preseason Training Session.     TRAINING: Wednesday 22nd January 2025

    Demonland Trackwatchers were out in force for training at Gosch's Paddock on Wednesday morning for the MFC's School Holidays Open Training Session. DEMONLAND'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS REHAB: TMac, Chandler, McVee, Tholstrup, Brown, Spargo Brown might have passed his fitness test as he’s back out with the main group.  Sparrow not present.     Demonland Trackwatcher Gator attended training out at Casey Fields to bring you the following observations from Preseason Training. GATOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS There were 5 in the main rehab group, namely Gawn, Petracca, Fullarton, Woewodin and Lever.  Laurie was running laps by himself, as was Jefferson.  Chandler, as has been reported, had his arm in a sling.  Lindsay did a bit of lap running later on.     There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks.
