Bit of both. Roos are playing their absolute best. Crows are playing their absolute worst. Their midfield barely touched the ball in the first quarter, even with all the centre bounces. They have evened it up this second quarter and could easily come back and dominate the second half if they can click back into gear with the ball.

Thanks LT. That 1st q scoreline was quite incredible. Lets hope they don't take us seriously next week either.

North will win unfortunately. The crows will be furious next week in their own sheizenhausen. We must belt the hawks tommorow.

Hopefully Carlton can beat the pies. By a point would be nice.

We must start believing we can win any game, if we play to a high level.

Beat the Hawks first. Then think about The Camry Crows

Love to see the blues knock off the pies to stuff up there big 125th dinner and game.

Geez nth are just on fire. Unfortunately it has to be us that will cop Adelaide's anger next week.

Might be the beginning of the decline for Crows. Well I'm running with that thought anyway...

Hang on to your hats the winds dropped off, Camry Crows are only 36pts down. Hardly impossible deficit to overcome in a half of football. Norf have a habit of falling apart.

It will be tough for Adelaide to come back being a man down for the half now (Tom Lynch looks to be done for the day). They've clearly been the better team since quarter time (kicked 7 goals to 2), but letting any team kick 10 goals before you even score will never end well.

They may be without Tom Lynch (injured) and Charlie Cameron (suspension) next week though which helps us when we play them over in Adelaide.

So the 15th placed side with 1 win easily beats the 1st placed side, who were 6-0 coming into the game......this is the most even afl football has been. Im certain if we can just find our rhythm and be consistent we will play finals this year and who knows...

Elliott is a good talent, but he just can't get on the park (or stay there). He's played well this game, but game's in the balance and he is on the bench getting worked on as his back/hip is giving him trouble again. If he can't string more than 4-5 games together every few years he's not much use.

Petrevski-Seton looks the goods for the Blues. I know he was a high draft pick (pick6-7?) but looks like they nailed that pick. Good blend of inside/outside midfielder. Links up well and hits the scoreboard.

HEAVEN OR HELL by The Oracle

Clashes between Melbourne and St Kilda are often described as battles between the forces of heaven and hell. However, based on recent performances, it’s hard to get excited about the forthcoming match between these two sides. It would be fair to say that, at the moment, both of these teams are in the doldrums. The Demons have become the competition’s slow starters while the Saints are not only slow to begin, they’re not doing much of a job finishing off their games either. About the only th

    THE BLOW by Whispering Jack

Narrm’s finals prospects took a crushing blow after the team’s insipid performance at Optus Stadium against a confident Waaljit Marawar in the first of its Doug Nicholls Round outings for 2024.  I use the description “crushing blow” advisedly because, although the season is not yet at it’s halfway mark, the Demons have now failed abysmally in two of their games against teams currently occupying bottom eight places on the ladder.  The manner in which these losing games were played out w

HALF FULL by KC from Casey

It was a case of the Casey Demons going into a game with a glass half full in their match up against the Brisbane Lions at Casey Fields on Saturday. As the list of injured and unavailable AFL and VFL listed players continues to grow and with Melbourne taking all three emergencies to Perth for the weekend on a “just in case” basis, its little brother was always destined to struggle. Casey was left with only eight AFL listed players from who to select their team but only two - an out-of-form

GAMEDAY: Rd 10 vs West Coast

It's Game Day and the Demons have returned to the site of their drought breaking Premiership to take on the West Coast Eagles in what could very well be a danger game for Narrm at Optus Stadium. A win and a percentage boost will keep the Dees in top four contention whilst a loss will cast doubt on the Dees flag credentials and bring them back to the pack fighting for a spot in the 8 as we fast approach the halfway point of the season.

    WARNING by William from Waalitj

As a long term resident of Waalitj Marawar, I am moved to warn my fellow Narrm fans that a  danger game awaits. The locals are no longer the easybeats who stumbled, fumbled and bumbled their way to the good fortune of gathering the number one draft pick and a generational player in Harley Reid last year. They are definitely better than they were then.   Young Harley has already proven his worth with some stellar performances for a first year kid playing among men. He’s taken hangers, k
