Seems JG's papers are stamped.

If you cannot get a game when two key defenders are dropped and another three were bloody awful then will you ever?

Not looking good....

So, no one has any faith in the team at all?  Anyone?  ANYONE?

I reckon we will win.

They have big issues in Goldy.

Another Thursday night of head scratching. That backline. Wow.

I don't mind the ins though. ANB is stiff but I'd back him to smash it again in the seconds this week. He won't toss it in.

Just looked at the Casey team and it is seriously tall to the point that it looks slow. Half forward line of Frost, Oscar and Max King. Dawes on half back flank, Weideman up forward and Spencer rucking that makes 6 talls to play in the wet on Sunday. I know that won't play where selected but selection is baffling and no Jones again and not on the injured list??.

Forecast is for rain.. Michie is s mud runner, will be good in conditions, probably explains 1 less tall?

That's good news for us. Oliver and Michie will excel in the wet.

Clearly ANB not on the radar at the minute.

Emergency. Certainly on the radar I would have thought. Perhaps not quite damaging enough with his disposal, or quick enough?

Jesus Chris why the [censored] was Dunn and Frost both dropped?

we are already being destroyed by tall forwards ...

Neither Dunn nor Frost would help us with tall forwards. Dunn was one of the reasons we were run over last week, and Frost isn't (yet) a KPD.

Radar might have been the wrong word, but he still misses out, so clearly they have him behind a number of players even though he has been in terrific form.

I guess after all the posts in the selection thread having a crack at the selectors for fluffing things up, we cant argue against a couple of the taller types being sent to the 2's in favor of a couple of in-form blokes, with a lower center of gravity being included if the forecast is for a wet day.

We would slam the selectors if we went in tall and it bucketed down.

3 defenders and a fwd out

3 midfielders and a defender in. Generalised position wise but interesting all the same!

Maybe pedo plays back but then we are short up fwd and second ruck.

Bad luck for Anb but it is not a good time to be an inside midfielder at casey

Yeah Well this should have been the team we went with LAST WEEK!!

Just checked the forecast - cloudy and 26 for our game.

Maybe the poster who brought it up got confused with how the weather will be here on Sunday... ?

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. 2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield.
