Richmond are so overrated, and they wonder why they can't win a final.

I can't stand Collingwood either but if Tigers lose tonight the mental demons set in, as will the media caravan.

I think the skill errors will be far more common now with the interchange cap, as player get a little more tired the skills will drop off slightly

PG its been terrible from the opening bounce.

Has Clokey been subbed off? He used to gobble up those bombs Into the fwd 50.

Tigs with injury issues.

This is dreadful. Hate to say it, but Curry is right. Given our back end of the season, we really need to make the most of playing teams like this when they are absolutely rubbish

The standard of this game is very poor and these two get to do it all over again on a Friday evening later in the season. At that stage it might well be a battle of the also rans.

What is even worse is that The drug Cheats have THREE, that's right, THREE Friday night games while we have ZERO. Next Friday against Port should be a good advert for the game, Later in the season we can all watch them 'play' against the dorks and then still later they play the ex-druggies, WCE.

Justice?

Remember when we used to get blockbusters on Friday nights?

All jokes aside this needs to be addressed next year.

What a poor quality game of footy. Like a game of keepings off where no one is winning.

So much for attacking footy being back

To be fair, they are the teams which constantly pull 60-70k

God that is terrible. There needs to be a voice of reason when they book in the fixture. Play the best games not the "biggest" teams supporter base. It is turning neutral fans off.

Aish spudding it up with just 5 handballs for the game..

Do not rate. Will have a career comparable to Toumpas imo.

Not to blow my own trumpet here but this is my preview of the game posted last Monday in the "different preview" thread.

First up on Friday night at the G - Pies Vs Tiges.

Dear oh dear, I have already read someone describing this as a ‘Blockbuster’. Some people have no imagination, intelligence or common sense and most of them are sports reporters (I'm looking at you, Robbo.). Pies not only got pantsed last week but the Swans had time to wash, dry and iron them before giving them back in individually wrapped cellophane baggies. Some of the players were seen carefully folding the baggies for later use. Rumour has it that Eddie has a club sanctioned barber coming in to shave all players heads. Hair testing….good luck with that.

The Tiges will fancy their chances against the Inepts only because they were slightly less inept in their draw against the Boos.

I just hope these two do not sully the sacred turf with their collective ineptitude.

Prediction: Tiges by 2 goals, they may be the only two goals of the match.

I'm happy to say Trealor looks ordinary. As soon as he put on a Collingwood jumper it would seem. He seriously has little, to no intensity and neither do Collingwood. He's just jogging around. Richmond are turning it over with almost unforced errors.

    TRAINING: Monday 20th January 2025

Demonland Trackwatcher Gator attended training out at Casey Fields to bring you the following observations from Preseason Training. GATOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS There were 5 in the main rehab group, namely Gawn, Petracca, Fullarton, Woewodin and Lever.  Laurie was running laps by himself, as was Jefferson.  Chandler, as has been reported, had his arm in a sling.  Lindsay did a bit of lap running later on. Some of the ''rehab 5'' participated in non contact drills and b

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. Lever was also on restricted duties and appeared to be in runners.  The main group was doing end-to-end transition work in a simulated match situation. Ball mov
