My suggestion to Eddie is that before he sticks his nose in other clubs' business he should make sure that his own players are drug free and toilet trained.

I think it's pretty unfair on the Brisbane Lions that Essendon get pick 1 this year, they're going to welcome back several very good AFL players from suspension, the Lions get a couple back from injur

Recent Age article said he was a biochemist, he claims he has no medical training yet he then states peptides are fine...

Poor fellas social invitations dried up as well, devastating for him.

We all know how much you really care about Hirdy and how you want the true come out about Essendon supplements program.

Reading that I have only one suggestion for Mr Hird. Find new laywers.

He seems to be blaming them  now for leading him astray with advice that didn't work. Next he will be suing his own lawyers.

Their legal competence seems to be so good that they will probably sue him for not employing them to mount yet another hopeless appeal ... :lol::blink:

The conversations went on between lawyers/solicitors/QC's and their opinions is irrelevant.

The case is about Chubb not indemnifying him for initiating legal action. 

He chose to do it. It would appear he was not insured to do so.

I don't understand how that bad advice is relevant to suing his insurers.  Presumably his policy covered him for actions he instigated as long as they are reasonable actions in some legal way?  Oh no, not another case of 'comfortable satisfaction'!
