Funny as. Anything committed to camera these days is a risk for an athlete more so than member of the general public.

Why would they do this?

maybe its ok in their minds if it gets out. I dont know their domestic circumstance but it worked for kim kardashian.

Absolute idiots but agree they haven't done anything illegal but when your professional athletes be prepared to get a roasting from the media regardless.

They have some explaining to do to their partners though.. I always wondered whether these 'WAGS' are so delusional in thinking these boys are such clean skin that they would never get up to any mischief behind their backs. Dane Swan is a prime example.

Storm in a teacup really.

Yeah, it's incredibly stupid to send nude photos of yourself, especially if you're an AFL player, but they've done nothing illegal.

I love how the people who had the photos flogged them around to the TV stations first who all declined before the lowest of the low, Woman's Day, accepted them.  They are just in it for a buck.

Captain obvious award?

I feel sorry for the players partners and I feel sorry for the people who received these messages and then out of greed, anger, disappointment or for what other reason decided they should sell them to the media.

I also feel bad for any of the decent staff left at women's day who must know that their bosses are so desperate to revive their sinking ship that they will deal with this crap.

If it's only the pixelated or obscured images Swan and Cloke will be fine, if their relationships are in trouble then they really only have themselves to blame.

I have not one ounce of sympathy at all.

You send naked pictures from one  device to another then it is open season.

Stop putting the Wankers in cotton wool...

Right. So personal things sent between "one device to another" are "open season"?

Geez, i hope you don't do any of your banking or private correspondence by phone, computer, tablet, eftpos or smartphone....

Ohhhhh so it's only certain types of information sent specific ways that should be personal hey? Gotcha...

Pretty sure this is an open forum old mate. I'm free to comment on what you write as I please without you asking for my advice.

I thought you were "care factor zero" anyway?

I saw a tweet

"Cloke only meant to send the pics to his wife who was only 20 metres away  but he sprayed his shots "

Demonland's king of putting words into other's mouths...... I present to you "Stuie".

Meanwhile, the players were completely stupid to do it (and in breach of AFL rules) and the people who supplied them to the mag deserve nearly everything they get.

Assuming that question is not rhetorical, I would say brain food, because they seem to be lacking a few neurons. Yes, I get that these were presumably meant to be kept private, that someone has presumably betrayed their trust by publishing them, and that this is in principle no different to the (Danish?) journalist who was devastated when some !$#% circulated photos of her without her permission. But experienced high-profile footballers like these two should have learned the adage by now that you don't put anything on the Internet (or these days, on your phone) that you wouldn't shout at the top of your lungs from the steps at Flinders Street Station, with police present and listening to you.

I would think that brain food could well go to waste, due to total lack of a recipient.

Stuie I've been reading these forums a long time without a lot of posting. Do you actually like the footy? Or do you just hang for a good gossip to emerge from the football world?

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
