FYI -
I've seen a few people on here mention that we are on the Paleo diet.

This is incorrect.

There are small but differences to the diet our boys are on. Our boys can eat Dairy for instance.

Mitch is on a see food diet.

This is not good.

Really supports the theory that somewhere along the line legitimate issues with mental health were warped to include a crippling lack of accountability to self. A mental health issue as well, but one that can all too easily be 'trained in' with poor advice and support.

This photo shocks me, part of me is hoping it is 'shopped, and it all leaves me worried about Mitch.

At a basic level, he simply can't take to an AFL field in that shape.

Do us a favour, print C&B's post out and stick it to the fridge.

The Paleo diet wouldn't do that. I'd say that all things considered, Mitch Clark has been on the SAD diet for a while now.

And yes, it is Photoshopped.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
