Because its a pipe dream/fantasy & Danger has already stated he's happy in Adelaide.

Do you hate these posts because they're realistic

I think he's referring to whether you're just stating your opinion or that you have inside knowledge

Who is the coach at the minute?

Just to add nothing but more speculation to the conversation, I was talking to my wife's uncle yesterday who is from SA and has contacts high in the AFC and also knows an exec at TAB. He said he had a call from a work contact who was in Bali on Friday and was desperate to know how/where he can put some money on the Dangerfield to Melbourne deal getting done on Friday. Obviously it didn't happen on Friday but perhaps it was held up with Richmond wanting to do their due diligence on Trengove?

Anyway just another interesting nothing story to add to the pile.

I do believe it's Paul "I'll never coach again, I'm happy where I am" Roos.

The dream isn't dead until it's dead. Until then I'll stay asleep, if it's all the same to you.

I have no inside info, just basing my opinion on what has been said in the media & not choosing to believe the emotional bipolar people on here... We don't hear from these people all year, then all of a sudden everybody has a friend or contact, don't you think its a bit suss?

From what I've heard I don't think Danger is coming, if he does then you beauty.

They're annoying because they aren't based on anything but come across like they are.

It's also a lame win/win type of post. Because if it turns out right you get on your high horse and say you were right, but if it's wrong we're all so happy no one pulls you up for making a stupid post.

It's easy to be negative....

I don't know whether or not to laugh Gonzo. No offence intended, I normally enjoy your posts.

Just not sure if you're serious or not.

No, I agree with you. It reminds me of those losers who thought last year that Paul Roos was a chance to coach us.

What a bunch a of unrealistic no-hopers - why even waste phone money calling people like that?

Everyone knows that you should only pick the fruit you know you can get...

What we really need is for you to have another shower, Nasher.

Worked last time.

All I'm saying is, I'm not building my hopes around rumours based from people I don't even know on the internet.

Sky is the limit, we should always target the best, but from what I can tell away from Demonland, he's happy to stay in Adelaide & we are taking our picks to the draft.

Once again, I don't have a source or have any info, but one thing for sure is... I'm not basing my opinion around a few posters from here who all of a sudden have inside info, I'm still very sceptical on a popular one.

If Danger does come, I'd be over the moon.

Roosy before it was announced but I kept my mouth shut.

McLean to Carlton, big whoop.

A bit of social / personal stuff that would just get deleted on here but plenty of it eventually gets alluded to in the media.

Quite a few things before 2012, but I forget what they were, that's not a cop out, I went code blue a couple of times in intensive care in 2012 and my once excellent memory has been [censored] since.

Got the Judd one very wrong, I remember that.

I'm just adding to hope after I recieved the message. I'd like you all to be as crushed and disappointed as me if it doesn't happen.

But I really am excited.

I read the other day that even Dangerfield is sick of the speculation.

From someone who has no contacts or insiders, thanks for passing on the info.

I will take it for what it is and try to temper my excitement.

Thnx for sharing. That's a better strike rate than I ever got out of Connolly.

Hawthorn have advised Adelaide that if wish to have Kyle Cheney then they are prepared to accept a straight swap for Dangerfield!

They'd argue it is better than the nothing they'll give them next year when he walks to them as a FA......

I still refuse to believe the hype... It's bloody exciting but I still can't believe it

My main reasoning is because I've been a Demons supporter for far too long (not as long as some) but long enough to know this, doesn't happened to us.

Sure we got Roos - but the AFL funded that through Peter Jackson. Goodwin was a good signing (hype wise - coaching wise we won't know for 3-4 years).... But what else?

Tyson was a fluke really but talk of Danger or 2 A graders coming to the Dees - who are we kidding haha??

I am going to dis-believe - Would hate to be wrong :)

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session.
