Dunn on Hall - what have you been smoking? Hall would kick 10 on him.

OUT : Morton, Joel Mac

IN : Blease, Tapscott/Warnock?

Will Tapscott need a run at Casey?

Warnock has limitations, but playing on Gorillas is his upside. Bring him in for hall?

Nope. He should only be brought in if one of Rivers, Garland or Frawley go down. You saw his pathetic effort against Carlton.

People calling for Dunn and Bartram to be brought back in without proving themselves at Casey first, pull your heads in.

No Change.

Tapscott should have a run in the twos first. I thought Morton was good last week, and didn't get a chance to get into the game today. Unlike most here, I think he will be a very good player, and showed good courage last week running back with the flight of the ball, and running hard.

I think Bennell earned his spot today .

Was the key in turning defence into attack.

JB needs more games and will be an absolute gun .

Mortons had enough to show us what he's made of although we will probably need to trade him .

Totally agree. Who was the turkey earlier on this thread calling for bennell to be dropped? Totally nfi. A few dees around me were v impressed by him today.

I have defended Morton previously but geesh he was tres ordaniare today.

For me:

Out: morton

IN: tappy

Disagree. I thought HiFi was pretty good today, and certainly did enough to hold his spot.

Each to their own opinion, however other than the Essendon game he has not been great this year.

10 disposals and 1 tackle is a poor return and for the Doggies game I would prefer either Bartram for his hardness or Evans who has shown plenty.

Bennell's best passage today was a spoil that led to a Trengove goal. On the reverse side he gave away several goals from poor defensive efforts.

Out: MORTON!

In: Tapscott

If JMac is injured Warnock comes in.

Hard to drop anyone else after a win like today. Blease will get a run soon. If Bennell has a poor game against the dogs then I'd play Sam as the sub the following week.

Out: McDonald (in inj), Bennell

In: Tapscott (if fit), Evans/Bartram.

Morton whilst not great today should be given another chance.

Bennell in my eyes never does enough and doesnt deserve his spot.

Tapscott to be sub - easily best 22

Evans/Bartram - 50:50 who gets the nod

I agree, Morton was very good last week and shouldn't be dropped.

Outside the square.. if JMac is injured.. Davis in. Apparently quick and was out muscling in the one on ones at training in the preseason before he was ill.

Only played a few VFL games and whilst his last one was good Tom McDonald has played half a dozen or more good VFL games. Then there is Warnock, who isn't really a suitable swap for Macdonald, but dominates VFL. I think we'd be better off just going smaller with the pick of Tapscott/Bartram/Blease

Morton goes. He was terrible. Tapscott gets his spot back, deservedly so, he was in good form prior to being injured, and we can now afford to play him further up the ground and make even better use of his kicking.

If MacDonald is injured, we can look to Blease as a replacement for some run off half back. The Dogs' forward line is small, with Hall and their resting ruckman their talls, and Jones and Grant as mid-sized forwards. I'm not worried about replacing MacDonald with someone like Blease, the loss of height won't be a problem.

In: Tapscott, Blease (only if JMac's injured)

Out: Morton, MacDonald (only if injured)

Warnock for Joel Mac (inj)

Blease in for Morton.

I would play Blease as the sub if he comes in.

If Morton plays, he needs to start. He just couldn't get into the game when he came on, and I think that he is not a great option as a sub because he is not really an impact player. If he does get another game, then he really needs to show something.

I would also love to see the Bull back, but I think he could get a run at Casey for a week first.

Bennell stays for me too.

we can not have all of Warnock, Garland, Rivers and Frawley running around in the same side, loose too much run and not quick enough, especially against the bulldogs.

IN- Tapscott

OUT- Macdonald

With the exeption of Warnock, I would suggest that Rivers, Garland and Chip all work forward and give us drive.

Warnock would be a good match for Hall, and we may need more options if the Dogs play Lake forward.

Strauss looked lost today and hardly ever played man on man.

I'm not saying he's not the future of the club. But his performance was poor today.

You must of been watching the wrong game DF

Strauss was very good in several one on ones & is becoming important to our structure down back.

Must play out the entire season from here, he will be part of your future domination

Lake won't play. Even if he does, we have him covered.

Warnock is one-dimensional. Hall is out of form. We're worrying too much about the wrong players.

Robert Murphy is the forward we need to care about, and then we need to do what we did against Richmond and prevent Griffen, Boyd, Cooney and Cross from dominating the midfield. The Gold Coast could have won yesterday if they hadn't let Boyd get 39 touches, and Griffen and Cooney to kick goals.

CLEAN HANDS by KC from Casey

The Casey Demons headed into town and up Sydney Road to take on the lowly Coburg Lions who have been perennial VFL easy beats and sitting on one win for the season. Last year, Casey beat them in a practice match when resting their AFL listed players. That’s how bad they were. Nobody respected them on Saturday and clearly not the Demons who came to the game with 22 players (ten MFC), but whether they came out to play is another matter because for the most part, their intensity was lacking an

    ALAS SPRINGS by Whispering Jack

I got the word on Saturday from someone who knows someone inside the Fremantle camp that the Dockers were pumped and supremely confident about getting the W the next day against Melbourne at TIO Traeger Park in the red heart of the country. I was informed that the Dockers were extremely confident for a number of reasons. They had beaten the Demons on their home territory at the MCG at their last two meetings so they didn’t see beating them at Alice Springs as a problem. They belie

    TROUBLE by The Oracle

Situated roughly in Australia's geographic centre, Alice Springs has for many years been a troubled town suffering from intermittent crime waves, particularly among its younger residents. There was a time a little while ago when things were so bad that some even doubted the annual AFL game in the town would proceed.  Now, the hope is that this Sunday’s Melbourne vs Fremantle encounter will bring joy to the residents of the town and that through the sport and the example of the participants,
