I'm dim but I understand that box of chocolates lol

I’m all for the traditional jumper but it’s probably past time we got used to the club promoting new/old/gimmick jumpers. The kids probably love it and I’ll back the current marketing team to add some spark to our club, lord knows it needs it. As long as we’re the home team in the next GF we’re part of.

We do not need a white silver or grey border

Maybe 92. 1 for each quarter. And they don’t have to match either. Could be any 92 designs, for any player, any quarter.

Let me guess, Essendon will be wearing their home jersey?

I like it. All clubs are making it a special gathering and no-one in this forum will care what it looks like as long as we beat the Bombers.

Plus two separate bye round guernseys because, hey why not.

Home and Away plus Indigenous

We should not play AFL games in anything else then these 3

La Liga is having a Retro match week this season and the kits look ace.
If done right it works well. This latest version, not so much.

I think it’s fun and nostalgic to bring back old looks, especially if it’s just once a year…

(Please nobody yell at me 😬)

Our current clash jumper does this though.

In slight fairness the Dons have worn their clash jumper against us in the previous 2 Gather Rd games.

Guess it's our turn....

I know it's increased revenue, but why do we need another jumper?

We have a home & an away jumper. Just wear one of them

All that aside I love the Ad with Spaz, Salo and Robbo as the grumpy old shop keeper and his parting words, “I looked better in that”, with flashback showing him wearing the guernsey. Very good I thought.😁👍

This is 1000% better

We've had a lot worse!

not sure the 5 or 6 people that buy it is worth it?

You'd be surprised at how many such jumpers they sell

Why is there a new jersey for gather round?

Just another money spinner DD. The AFL cannot help themselves.

You mean we don't now?

I bought one yesterday, I may be in the minority who like it. Something different and good revenue for our club which needs it.

However it doesn't worry me what guernsey we wear, we have to perform and win given our mixed track record at gather round (1-2 all time, 0-2 against Essington, I am 0-1 personally after last year hoping to make it 1-1 in 10 days time.)

  • REPORT: Carlton

The text messages started flooding in shortly after quarter time. One read: “Is Melbourne even at the ground?” Moments later, as Carlton’s Elijah Hollands kicked the first goal of the second term, the Blues held a commanding 43-point lead. By then, the Demons’ only score was a behind kicked by Brody Mihocek nearly five minutes into the game. Ironically, Mihocek would also register the last minor score of the day after the game took a dramatic turnaround.
