Deebauched 1,220 Posted July 15, 2023 Posted July 15, 2023 Australians are very good at apologising. They do it non stop 24/7. I think it was Kevin Rudd who started it all when he was briefly PM. Never lost faith in MFC. I was only critical of their dreadful innacuracy and sacrificing a home game (and 4 points) to GWS. Still could cost us by R24 . Smith and Melks are playing in agood side which helps with their form. They stay. Can win the flag if Oliver and Fritsch recover in time.6 1 Quote

It will get overlooked I reckon, but iirc they had a 28 point lead, we scored a goal to make it 22, then they scored again to tak it back out again. We scored once more in the third, but daniher got the first of the last to make it a 26 point lead again. That's impressive. Normally when teams run down say a five goal deficit the margin doesn't yo yo. 1 Quote

Neil Crompton 5,852 Posted July 15, 2023 Posted July 15, 2023 Came on here to see if the facepalm posters to my 3/4 time post that "we could still win this game" had the courage to put their hand up - but sadly they haven't. But there is plenty of time yet ...... 4 2 Quote
