Really good game from our perspective. Got that solidity behind the ball back. Really good signs.

Contested possession +29.

inside 50s +20.

clearances +9.

Smashed them all over the ground. I don’t know what most people want from the team. Without looking, I assume it’s just groupthink from the Gameday thread.

Amusingly, that one was a percentage booster for us. I'll take it. 😀

God, that felt like pre-2021. Hard to watch, shot ourselves in the foot but a wins a win

Petracca, Sparrow, Bowey, May, Lever, Salem, McVee, Brayshaw and Spargo superb tonight.

Take the win, onto next week.

I hope for all our sake that we can find an extra 5-10% in our skills

McVee is the find of the year, he’s a smooth mover, doesn’t ever seem panicked and lands in the right spot all the time

We are definitely loading. Happy we managed to win but holy [censored] we can barely move out there.

as long as we don’t [censored] up the program we should be alot better later in the year.

Salem was awesome tonight.

Was great to see him in full flight running through the middle in the third quarter.

Bowey was also great before he was concussed.

We were on a hiding to nothing. Playing Carlton at the moment is a little tricky. We'll run Collingwood very close. Mark my words sunny Jim.

Curnow and Cripps had little influence

credit where due

where is it due?
