Little Goffy 14,963 Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 6 - Goat all day. 5 - Grundy. All day effort, loved the handball receives and around the ground run from a ruckman. This might yet be the blessing in disguise because now the thought of he and Gawn back together in a month is loaded with antici.... pation. 4 - Langdon. Again, all day effort. A superb winger's game. 3 - Hunter. We won this game with our overall movement. Many contributed but some have to be identified as best. 2 - Petracca. Things often went wrong for him but he kept on being the heavy impact body all day and the unglamorous effort deserves reward. 1 - J V Rooooooyen. That's a handy debut that did all the things expected. 3 Quote

Dee-monic 620 Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 Tough choices in such a fine team effort, but here goes: 6 Oliver - our Mr Everywhere. 5 Grundy - just got better and better as the game went on. 4 Rivers - often goes unnoticed but he was rock solid tonight. 3 Petracca - huge physical impact as usual. 2 Lever - superb positional sense. 1 Van Rooyen - showed enough to suggest he is going to be a force to be reckoned with. Honourable mentions to just about everyone else. 3 Quote
