Jenkins and Casboult?! You’ve lost the plot Picket!

Trade period has gotten slow - we need some new breaking @Ethan Tremblay

PS if Frost is a gun then surely Levi fits as a gun as well? You know it makes sense

I was thinking yesterday who was the last player I was really excited about recruiting from anorher club. And it was mitch clark. How good was his first few games?

O'Brien could also be the player who is coming. Only ever played one good game and it was against us two years ago.

Kicked a bag of 5 in the Hawks last game of the year didn't he?

4.

I'd play him as the second tall defender, May as number one and Lever as interceptor.

Josh Schache is kinda being pushed out at the dogs with Bruce coming over, they'll struggle to play all three, and is best mates with Clarry.

Interesting...

I'm torn as to whether he would actually improve us. He'd probably compete with Weideman for the second forward spot. I guess it's a depth thing as well.

Depends on the price, I guess.

Tory Dickson would be pushed out too and would cost nothing as a 32 year old FA. Maybe mates with Crossy? Seems like a well loved figure down there and probably has character. Kicked 50/40 in 2015/16. 17 games this year for 24 goals. As he started in 2012 like Jenkins, he may feel he has more to offer with 3-4 less seasons in him like many other 30 year old players who've been in the system for 12+ years. Shrug. Not a key forward, but he knows when and where to lead and find it. Just spitballing.

i would like to see Preuss get a bit more of an education as a forward, he is tall and strong enough to worry opposition teams, hopefully we can find some small crumbing forwards who can actually find the ball and kick some goals.

Do we actually have anyone at the club capable of developing anyone as a KPP forward?
Someone like Neita or Ox?  What are they doing these days?

Its Not as if Weeds is a proven consistent performer as yet. He has time but would love another Tall, Would take any of in preferential order Gunston, Casboult, Jenkins easy!

2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. 2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. There could be more of that in 2025. 2024 Player Reviews: #3 Christian Salem

The luckless Salem suffered a hamstring injury against the Lions early in the season and, after missing a number of games, he was never at his best. He was also inconvenienced by minor niggles later in the season. This was a blow for the club that sorely needed him to fill gaps in the midfield at times as well as to do his best work in defence. The first round draft pick at #13 from twelve months ago the strongly built medium forward has had an impressive introduction to AFL football and is expected to spend more midfield moments as his career progresses.
