Would they cancel each other out and the booing becomes cheering?

Adam Goodes won several gongs this way.

Whenever I giot the football, the crowd got excited- because they knew something humorous would happen.

GWS doing us a favour, for once we need to capitalise.

Exactly. This result will be as meaningless as Hawthorn's crucial upset against Sydney, right before we played North Melbourne. All the stars were aligning for us to mount a challenge for top 4; instead we're fighting for scraps outside the 8.

If we fail to capitalise, again, just put a fork in us. We're cooked.

Why is BT suddenly calling Patton Payton?

Because his IQ is about par with GWS Score right now.

McLean shirked two contests towards the end of the game, very soft.

Good result for us, even with the umpires the Dogs are very average.

Patton is a jet - will be a top 5 player in the comp in a year or two me thinks.

Is one of Heath Shaw's legs shorter than the other?

Geez thats a bad song

Just one more of so many reasons to hope that they don't make the GF, let alone win the flag.

I was my understanding the raised foot in a marking situation was permitted so the person going for the mark with their arms raised could protect their body. Raised foot or leg but not a kick. It could be argued that Greene's was a handball receive not a marking attempt and he wasn't under any excessive physical danger that would justify raising his foot to head height. To me it looked like he wanted to disable the opponent's ability to tackle and the foot impact was intentional, almost a kicking action.

Call me crazy but pretty sure you can't chuck Norris a bloke in the head outside of a marking contest.

Should get 2 weeks for that. Cannot get just one based on bad record I think

"After sewing his head back on, we think he's a chance this week."

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
