You could eat? I spent the whole last quarter feeling like I was going to vomit.

It was more the look in the eyes!

i still cannot believe we came back from 16 points down.

Meth Coke didn't choke. We just purely out played them...

Yeah. Was gonna say. I watched on an empty stomach and thank goodness. I felt sick for two hours after the game. Didn't quite believe it happened. Still hasn't sunk in really.

Heard Ox pregame on the Freo Cats game saying when TMac kicked the goal his little boy was crying. Which meant he was crying. Said he'd never done that for a football game before. And oddly I know exactly how he feels.

If Freo win this comfortably we will slip into the top 4!

If Freo win this period, we will romp into the top four! (We are merely .1% behind them now which will evaporate when they are on equal losses!)

A Dockers win today would be just reward for our win last night. It wouldn’t be fair for us to stay at 5th after a win like that. We deserve 4th spot. Come on you Cotton Dockers!

Dockers without sandi and fyfe too massive win if they can pull it off

Ross actually has them playing some exciting footy right now which I didn't even think was possible.

19 points can they hold on they have a young side in here is hoping

Geelong are 3 men down on the bench too, which you'd think would surely take it's toll in the last quarter.

Bit of me time for Danger, I'll kick it from 70 on the boundary on the siren.

I thought that was extremely selfish of him. He had time to quickly kick it in, get a contest and have some other player crumb the goal. But no, he has to be the hero. If Danger were more team oriented, he'd actually be a better player.

Geelong deserve a little empathy imo. We would be losing as well if we lost half our team to injury in the first quarter.

They're Geelong ( f them )

5 mins in naughty corner for you ;)

Shirley you're hiving a laugh. That's happened to us twice already this year. Once against Richmond, and once against this very team Geelong.

    REDLEG PRIDE by Meggs

Hump day mid-week footy at the Redlegs home ground is a great opportunity to build on our recent improved competitiveness playing in the red and blue.   The jumper has a few other colours this week with the rainbow Pride flag flying this round to celebrate people from all walks of life coming together, being accepted. AFLW has been a benchmark when it comes to inclusivity and a safe workplace.  The team will run out in a specially designed guernsey for this game and also the following week

    REDEEMING by Meggs

It was such a balmy spring evening for this mid-week BNCA Pink Lady match at our favourite venue Ikon Park between two teams that had not won a game since round one.   After last week’s insipid bombing, the DeeArmy banner correctly deemanded that our players ‘go in hard, go in strong, go in fighting’, and girl they sure did!   The first quarter goals by Alyssa Bannan and Alyssia Pisano were simply stunning, and it was 4 goals to nil by half-time.   Kudos to Mick Stinear.

    REDEEM by Meggs

How will Mick Stinear and his dwindling list of fit and available Demons respond to last week’s 65-point capitulation to the Bombers, the team’s biggest loss in history?   As a minimum he will expect genuine effort from all of his players when Melbourne takes on the GWS Giants at Ikon Park this Thursday.  Happily, the ground remains a favourite Melbourne venue of players and spectators alike and will provide an opportunity for the Demons to redeem themselves. Injuries to star play

    EASYBEATS by Meggs

A beautiful sunny Friday afternoon, with a light breeze and a strong Windy Hill crowd set the scene, inviting one team to seize the day and take the important four points on offer. For the Demons it was not a good Friday, easily beaten by an all-time largest losing margin of 65 points.   Essendon threw themselves into action today, winning most of the contests and had three early goals with Daria Bannister on fire.  In contrast the Demons were dropping marks, hesitant in close and comm
