I don't expect Brisbane to be pillaged again. I think the last big raid of Yeo, Aish, and Polec (maybe one more?) hurt them significantly but they are recovering now. Their brand of footy is looking much better this year, even when schache's not on field. It seems they have talented key players building up together and I would suspect Schache would  want to be a part of it.

I think they have turned a corner and look forward to testing their talent out against ours, hopefully by means of a slaughter and demoralisation.

Fantastic news for the Lions and the competition as a whole.

Great news - and a big middle finger to everyone in footy circles who helped the rumours and pressure on him get legs.

Last night the 7 commentary was bullish on Sydney's Reid over Schache.

Last fortnight on radio....Garry Lyon rates Sam Reid as a $300,000 per year player.

Garry also rated Jack Gunston (in a star studded line up), as the player Watts should emulate 2 years ago.  Imagine Jack Gunston playing for the MFC in the Watts era?

Don't get me started on the Neeld appointment either.

I think Lou Richards circa 2016 has more common-sense more of the time.

There is no way Sam Reid is only worth 300 grand a year, that is a crazy thing to say

That's (one of the many) problems with SEN nowadays; it's become solely 'click-bait' journalism and reporting.  Everything they do and say is so sensationalised and seeking to get a reaction from the listeners and readers that they erode any credibility they once might have had.

We have Weideman and Hogan, where does Schache fit in?

I think it’s being suggested that we take two x first round picks from Fremantle for Hogan and use one of them for Schache..

Are you telling me that people still believe Hogan wants to go to play in WA?

Even after he met with the club and said he wants to stay at Melbourne?

When will it end.

Don’t need Schache.  Upset many here in Brisbane with his sometimes prima donna carry on.  Chose not to play with his mates in the NEAFL Grand Final.  After that selfishness, was never going to play for the Lions again.  My own view, a bit on the softish side too.

Two years in the system and you can only find TAC Cup Draft videos. Kids a dud.

What a dumb method of assessing a player's value. Even then, a scroll down reveals plenty of AFL videos. Do you think Goodwin uses this technique to grade potential recruits?

Schacke has done absolutely nothing and it’s no surprise Brisbane are happy to move him on.

That is the easiest question so far.

With Hogan the Weid is a Casey talent on his good days till at least 2019
