Howd we go in the Hankook era

Two things I noticed from round 1:

1) Suns are yet to get a BOJ sponsor either.

2) Saints are now sponsored by Hankook.

We may want to get on our bike soon. The global economy will take a hit soon with the fallout from Brexit and Donny Tiny Hands being exposed as the snake oil salesman he is.

Just wait till the housing bubble crashes. A nice home grown catastrophe.

I admit while not great for the club the aesthetics of a cleaner jumper look good.

I made some inquires for my mate, turns out the club doesn't want an espresso bar that specialises in toasted sandwiches as a BOJ sponsor.

I explained to the marketing man that the sandwiches are gourmet and pretty pricey but he just wasn't interested. They do a toastie that uses three different cheeses, three!

So where do I find this fabled three cheese toastie?

I'm a survivalist from way back Col.

Bring it on.I have several thousand tins of pilchards in tomato sauce to sustain life.

Also have the bunker readied.

I think I will be nominated as a breeder in an Apocolyptic event.Would be sensible for mankind.

Do you have a smelly cheese in that mix Ethan or is it more about tang and possibly colour?

I like my cheeses like I like my women, mild. And a little stringy when heated.

You truly are a jack of all trades. How have you managed to live at the Gat yet have a doomsday bunker ready? I guess you might be able to save a fair bit of cash if you buy in bulk from a Ray's Outdoor wholesaler compared to the jackals of the supermarket duopoly.

Speaking of the jumper, how good did the colours look!! At least on my computer the red looked much deeper and also love the full red on the back. But maybe it was the display and resolution of my laptop screen?? What do people think who were at the ground?

For an away strip looks fantastic.

So much cleaner with no sponsor on the back - far better look.

Was VIC Health a sponsor previously? I just visited the MelbourneFC wesbite and there's a full set of Vic Health banners and ads, based on the women's team, and they are listed as a Major Partner, same category as NT tourism, China Southern Airlines, Haymes paint.

That's just the pits. I thought we might, just might be able to mend our relationship with Hankook given the vast distance between now and the previous administration.

Not to be though.

My understanding is that when Hankook sponsored us it was through their Australian Distributor which was Laurie Delarue (Melbourne supporter) Now Hankook is distributed by Hankook themselves, this is an entirely different entity.

With Max Gawn and Jordan Lewis all over the media, I would have thought our profile would be worthwhile... surely some hipster coffee could throw some cash or a Illy/Lavazza, but please God, not Nespresso.
