Says the loyal troll who is suddenly our biggest 'defender'....

Just saying - I've felt like walking away from the club many times, but for the the diehards (I assume everyone on this forum) - it doesn't take. So you can lash out on and threaten to walk away here and that's yours/everyone else's prerogative - but we all know you're going to end up back here and supporting the Dees if they do eventually turn it around.

Yep, diehards and trolls

Wouldn't it be nice to have a Paul Roos press conference where he actually speaks his mind about some of his players?

He did it a few times last year and this year, though. Talking about how there was obvious a tendency to regress into old ways as a product of being shot from the last few years. When he said that everyone was down his throat. He tows the line because he plays it safe. What's to gain from blasting the players in public? I thought saying the players were already in Bali last week was an attack on the playing group, and it hasn't worked.

186 is still a lingering psychosis on the playing group. All those involved should be moved on. Otherwise we will stay in neutral and continue doing this.

Let's look at the positives... the jumper looks nice.

I never want to see it again after this performance

And they wont be getting my money until they play like footballers who GAF.

I know there are thousands like me. Club only has itself to blame.

It doesn't matter how bad a team is travelling, if they apply some pressure and want it more they will beat us.

We're that crap team that was able to beat Geelong away. It happens.

I smell a late come back!

Just a cheeky 8 unanswered goals and were right back in it!

Wow

We outscored Carlton so far this quarter.

Guess supporting this mob worse than bad marriage.

Don't think I'll renew membership - this hurts from Vung Tau

That's what I like about Newton. He has a great sense of where the goals are.

I started nothing. I'm just sick of seeing supporters willing to walk away from adversity. That's not how life or supporting a team works.

IMO It's the length of the adversity that is Pizzing us off Anders and the continual lack of effort from the players.

NINE years is a hell of a long time and I totally understand supporters losing their shitz.

HARVEY WALLBANGER'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Absent: Salem, Windsor (word is a foot rash going around), Viney, Bowey and Kentfield Train ons: Roy George, no Culley today. MATCH SIM: Friday 7th February 2025

Demonland Trackwatcher Gator ventured down the freeway to bring you his observations from Friday morning's Match Simulation out at Casey Fields. Rehab: Jake Lever and Charlie Spargo running laps.  Lever was running short distances at a fast click as well as having kick to kick with a trainer. He seems unimpeded. Christian Petracca, Kade Chandler, Shane McAdam and Tom Fullarton doing non-contact kicking and handball drills on the adjacent oval.  All moving freely at pace.  I didn’

Demonland Trackwatchers were out in force as the Demons returned to Gosch's Paddock for preseason training on Wednesday morning. GHOSTWRITER'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Kozzie a no show. Tommy Sparrow was here last week in civvies and wearing sunnies. He didn’t train. Today he’s training but he’s wearing goggles so he’s likely got an eye injury. There’s a drill where Selwyn literally lies on top of Tracc, a trainer dribbles the ball towards them and Tracc has to g

THAT WAS THE YEAR THAT WAS: 2024

Whichever way you look at it, the Melbourne Football Club’s 2024 season can only be characterized as the year of its fall from grace. Whispering Jack looks back at the season from hell that was. After its 2021 benchmark premiership triumph, the men’s team still managed top four finishes in the next two seasons but straight sets finals losses consigned them to sixth place in both years. The big fall came in 2024 with a collapse into the bottom six and a 14th placing. At Casey, the 2022 VFL p
