Kreuzer as FA option? Having a pretty good game and I reckon things might have finally clicked with him. Also there's the irony involved after 'winning' the Kreuzer cup but then getting him for nothing when he's just about to peak.

If we could guarantee that he wont have any lasting injury problems, then of course you'd go after him.

Raised it in the trades thread a while back. It's all a question of how well his body will hold up. Maybe a little of whether he'd like to leave as well, but only a little.

Non MFC games: is this where we come to raise a toast to Henry Calthorpe Blofeld? Wish he was commentating the Tigers-Blues Chinese water-torture.

Said in an interview this week that he doesn't want to play anywhere else but Carlton and they are already working on a new deal. He is keen to be a 1 club player and repay the faith the club has shown in him.

So unless the Blues completely low ball him, which they won't, then he isn't going anywhere.

One player i do hope we steer clear of is Henderson.

He has been useless and is soft as they come.

Henderson looks like Howe at the moment, he's already checked out.

Spot on. Playing like he's already got what he wanted out of footy. A strong breeze, if you know what I mean.

Gotta love Carlton score line....1st Quarter 1 goal, 2nd Quarter 1 goal 3rd Quarter 1 goal.....

What the actual [censored] is wrong with this umpiring.

Joke decisions going to Richmond, getting paid marks without even touching the ball!

Luke Ball is on the MRP committee.

Adams will get a $200 fine

ball and Christian. - not injured, just a minor infraction.

This is disgraceful and the AFL need to step in and sorts these idiots out!

Im finding myself barracking for the blues because of the arm chair ride to the tiges and my pure hatred for them.

Checked out to where though??

Umpiring once again giving Toiges an armchair ride. Paid a mark resulting in a goal hardly touching the ball then someone paid a mark after Kruzet was the only one who touched it. Absolute crap. And no doubt whoever is the umpires spokesman will justify it all as ok.

How did we beat Richmond AND the umpires?

I know. And from memory we really did have to contend with the umpires. They kept Richmond in it for the 1st half as I recall.

Last week I thought Richmond were smashed by the umpiring all game and got the inevitable square-up in the last term. They won because GWS were even more putrid than they were. It was a shocking game, and this one's not much better. The Tiges are lucky they haven't come up against strong opponents in the last two weeks.

Tigers have saints/Freo/Hawks coming up. Very interesting to see what happens.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
