Let's not skirt around this. If treating it as a Rd 1 game and looking to win, with the side the Dogs are putting out, we should belt them.

Damn you.

With the players they have out already I just don't get why they would rest others. Surely a club like the Dogs would want to get some momentum going into the season...? They aren't in a position to gamble.

Yey, there is going to be a membership and merchandise stand at the Creswucj Rd end of the ground

Total waste of time & money - if anybody's serious about membership they can turn up tomorrow!!!

(Is there an emoticon for "tongue in cheek"??)

I think the Libba injury has caused major jitters. They simply can't afford another injury to a key player. They couldn't afford it BEFORE Libba went down. They will cop a pounding if it means some run in the legs of their youngsters and no serious injuries.

it's the NAB Challenge, it is Roos' choice to put out a near full strength team, not the other way around, same as Freo did last week as well

Yeah that's a fair point. I would like to see us play a close to full strength Dogs side, as we face the Bombers next week who aren't AFL standard either, but these are prep games after all. Another run for us, regardless of the opposition, can only be a good thing for us.

The commentry is already hilarious and the game hasn't even started.

They have no idea that it's being streamed online. And they're saying Hogan isn't out there, yet he's slotting goals.

... They just corrected it, managed to spot him.

It's not exactly stunning HD. Which pixel is Hogan?
