Club stooping low to agree to this appearance.

I'll be well tucked up in bed and won't even bother recording this tripe. Right up there with TFS this rubbish.

The only one you left out was, "what did you make of <insert debatable umpiring decision>?"

When you think about it, the guy has the patience of a saint.

Shock horror the club willing to put the coach on one of the few rating footy programs.

It's basically free publicity to our sponsors and has to be done. But I doubt Roos will have much to say. At least he gets a chance to address questions from Hutchy and Wilson (and on the TFS Barrett). They might be bottom feeders but strangely they are granted a lot of influence and they can make life hard if they persistently peddle crap rumours. Unfortunately it's better to have them onside.

I would love to see Damien Barrett argue with Roosy about a topic

DB: is it correct the the club is looking to recruit Jeremy Cameron?

PR: no, it's categorically incorrect, we have had no contact with Jeremy, and we will not have any contact with Jeremy.

DB: but my sources tell me you have made him an offer and several news sources have reported the same thing...

PR: need to check your sources mate, i would be very surprised if the club is trying to recruit him behind my back.

the Dom Tyson trade is a good possibility if Barrett arks up

I think Roosy would be laughing to much to argue with purple on that one, he seems to find the critics on that one hilarious, what's dom averaging 25 touches and a goal a game? haha

Wouldn't mind Barrett being right on that one.

If Watts made contact with Wingard's head on the follow-through it's clearly a free kick.

If that's the case it's a terrible rule, it's essentially saying Watts should not try and spoil the ball incase he makes contact with someone afterwards, it's a mans game ffs, imo it was a terrible decision whether correct by the letter of the law or not, a match defining decision was made that penalised a player for attacking the ball 100% and rewarded a bloke for simply standing in the way.

Can someone explain to me how a penalty can be awarded against Watts for front end contact after punching the ball out. He made contact on the follow through. Is this correct?

Umpire didn't see it and guessed or he saw it and made an incorrect call. The only possible answers.

CLEAN HANDS by KC from Casey

The Casey Demons headed into town and up Sydney Road to take on the lowly Coburg Lions who have been perennial VFL easy beats and sitting on one win for the season. Last year, Casey beat them in a practice match when resting their AFL listed players. That’s how bad they were. Nobody respected them on Saturday and clearly not the Demons who came to the game with 22 players (ten MFC), but whether they came out to play is another matter because for the most part, their intensity was lacking an

    ALAS SPRINGS by Whispering Jack

I got the word on Saturday from someone who knows someone inside the Fremantle camp that the Dockers were pumped and supremely confident about getting the W the next day against Melbourne at TIO Traeger Park in the red heart of the country. I was informed that the Dockers were extremely confident for a number of reasons. They had beaten the Demons on their home territory at the MCG at their last two meetings so they didn’t see beating them at Alice Springs as a problem. They belie

    TROUBLE by The Oracle

Situated roughly in Australia's geographic centre, Alice Springs has for many years been a troubled town suffering from intermittent crime waves, particularly among its younger residents. There was a time a little while ago when things were so bad that some even doubted the annual AFL game in the town would proceed.  Now, the hope is that this Sunday’s Melbourne vs Fremantle encounter will bring joy to the residents of the town and that through the sport and the example of the participants,
