Tried to log in last night twice and received the error but was left excited that both times when it failed the page was ever so kind to leave a YouTube video up.

The first was highlights vs Carlton in the 2000 finals, the second was the great Jacko kicking a bag vs the pies.

Made my night, thanks guys

If this one isn't up to scratch it's going to be where the F is Nasher, because I'm going to flee to the Seychelles or something. :P

I was starting to wonder why all the carry on.. I kept reading about the error. Every time I logged on twas ok. But alas, it seemed I was just lucky when I choose to lurk or login, that was until my luck run out.
Dont worry Nasher there will be a poll held before your plight is decided, should we encounter any more server down errors,
..........on the nasher stoning. How big a rock to throw. Then your pitiful corpse will be dumped at Victoria Park :)
Nice work to all involved on restoring 'Land back to it former reliable self. Houston we have a problem... Not any more Nasher is on the job.

Thanks all - though I reserve too much excitement until the site really cops some stress. 725 users online now though and still flying, hopefully that's a really good sign.

Think I might spend some time with Mrs Nasher this evening :P

Hi Nasher, there seems to be an issue, for me anyway trying to log into page '110' of the 'trade draft rumour thread.... 109 & 111 will all open as any other page I've tried, except the dreaded page 110?

as if its the 'Lift' with the 13th floor? it just won't stop there?

What can I do about it?

We've been experiencing some issues but are upgrading our new hosting plan to double the specs. This should solve all the issues we've been having unfortunately it comes at double the price.

This is a very diplomatic way of saying - " we need a few extra dollars guys". So come on D'landers kick in a few extra quids. Imagine a life without the opportunity to read the pearls of wisdom we get on this site.

Time to fork over a few extra bucks if you can folks. Demonland is the football lifeblood for Demon diehards like many (probably most) of us.

    REDLEG PRIDE by Meggs

Hump day mid-week footy at the Redlegs home ground is a great opportunity to build on our recent improved competitiveness playing in the red and blue.   The jumper has a few other colours this week with the rainbow Pride flag flying this round to celebrate people from all walks of life coming together, being accepted. AFLW has been a benchmark when it comes to inclusivity and a safe workplace.  The team will run out in a specially designed guernsey for this game and also the following week

    REDEEMING by Meggs

It was such a balmy spring evening for this mid-week BNCA Pink Lady match at our favourite venue Ikon Park between two teams that had not won a game since round one.   After last week’s insipid bombing, the DeeArmy banner correctly deemanded that our players ‘go in hard, go in strong, go in fighting’, and girl they sure did!   The first quarter goals by Alyssa Bannan and Alyssia Pisano were simply stunning, and it was 4 goals to nil by half-time.   Kudos to Mick Stinear.

    REDEEM by Meggs

How will Mick Stinear and his dwindling list of fit and available Demons respond to last week’s 65-point capitulation to the Bombers, the team’s biggest loss in history?   As a minimum he will expect genuine effort from all of his players when Melbourne takes on the GWS Giants at Ikon Park this Thursday.  Happily, the ground remains a favourite Melbourne venue of players and spectators alike and will provide an opportunity for the Demons to redeem themselves. Injuries to star play

    EASYBEATS by Meggs

A beautiful sunny Friday afternoon, with a light breeze and a strong Windy Hill crowd set the scene, inviting one team to seize the day and take the important four points on offer. For the Demons it was not a good Friday, easily beaten by an all-time largest losing margin of 65 points.   Essendon threw themselves into action today, winning most of the contests and had three early goals with Daria Bannister on fire.  In contrast the Demons were dropping marks, hesitant in close and comm
