To me Heater doesn't have a "culture" problem. He has a "Buckley" problem. As Does Dale Thomas, Chris Dawes, Wellingham. Players never used to actively try to leave collingwood. Im quite happy to have Heater at our club. We don't have a decent running half back. This guy is one of the best in the business in this position.
