He did a heap of work in his off season and has been in full training since essentially the start of training…. 13 1 Quote

Maybe I’m just paying more attention this year but, from what I’ve seen he still seems to be lacking cardio and just doesn’t have the same spring in his step 1 Quote

From what I saw at training he looked similar to how he has in the past. Obviously I don’t know his GPS numbers though so can’t speak to his aerobic capacity 2 Quote

His lateral movement was something to behold, as was his repeated sprint efforts in the full ground exercises, and simulated square work 16 3 1 Quote

Where Demons Dare 270 Posted January 10 Posted January 10 It's terrible news. But there's a tiny silver lining in that bad things can happen at any moment that you can't control. I'd rather he crack his ribs in training now, than in another game against Collingwood. Get the monkey off the back, own it, and be ready to 'knock em stiff' come game day. 4 1 Quote

Roo at CHf, koz and chin sprinting in from points of the square Fritta starts 30 m out 3 rows in to grandstand. 6th man sprinting straight to defence at the centre bounce Edited January 10 by Sideshow Bob 1 Quote
