Windsor's two stupid 50m penalties were the momentum swingers.

Worrying last quarter.

Viney, Gawn and ANB showed outstanding leadership in the last 5 mins.

Not sure what was in Kozzie's head tonight but he looked timid and disinterested

A LOT of youth tonight - Kolstrup, Brown, Turner, Howes, Windsor. Kolstrup showed a bit.

Don't blame the umpires, we were garbage in that last quarter. Look within

“Look within”.

Indeed, and the inquiry show go back to pre-season 2022.

Any reason why there was more Kangaroo's supporters tonight? It's our home game right?

there wasn't.  they were just spirited and going for the kill. reminded me of when we beat Hawthorn in 2016. They were top of the ladder, coming off 3 flags, won like 10 games in a row up to that game, and we steamrolled them in the last. Sounded like we had 90k there that day.

With your favourite Skip Simon G. Toot toot! 💨💨

He needs to walk the plank ED14, along with the Pres who came in riding the coattails of GB, and has managed to oversee a breathtaking case of ignorance and complacency

I'm concerned that they "the coaches" are scared of subbing Oliver out of the game. A lot of coaches would have dragged him just for the silly frees he gave away.

We're not making the finals anytime soon, that is all.

Seriously something got to be done with Oliver and Fritta our ineptitude start with them. Oliver just panic every time he get the ball.

Send Oliver to the vfl

seriously his metres gained when 50s and down field decisions are included would be negative

furthermore where is the standard setting at the club

to serve that up and have no consequences on his money

sheet he should join me in the Victorian public service

Have to work out what the hell to do with Oliver.. no idea personally. Seems way underdone

He was tagged by 29.  Who had hardly any of it himself

On the TV it looked like it, maybe the MCC had the majority of our supporters. On the AFL members side it did look like dominated by North supporters.

Agree. They’re terrified of dropping him too, apart from the fact there’s nobody to come in. Imagine the noise if we sent him back to Casey

Umpires are a bloody disgrace, just abysmal

Free kicks were 24 to 27. Had nothing to do with how we capitulated in that last quarter. You can blame the coach and team trying to protect the lead. Pathetic

Putrid and pathetic. I can barely handle losing but when the umps interfere like they do, I go off my dial.

I don't like swearing but I let loose tonight!

And was holding at every stoppage but no frees.

This is the problem. TV. More North fans sadly at our home game

Incoming 90 points loos against Brisbane.

I wish there was some hope for the team but not really, I will still torture myself and watch the game because I will sink with this ship.

Hoping for a brighter future in the next couple of years, still have some very good talents in our list.

May was a match winner. Larkey is a star and was invisible.  Most important player in the team . Rising 33 and he is irreplaceable. Champion.

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
